Everyone was courteous and very helpful. The necklace for my Granddaughter was done over night. I am very happy with the piece. They. replaced the existing diamond with a larger one and dipped it in white gold.I took a bracelet in for some repairs when I picked the necklace up. I will be using them in the future.

BEYOND AMAZING EXPERIENCE. My wife's ring was missing a diamond, needed some maintenance, and needed it appraised. Connie and Billy walked me through the entire process, explained the condition of the ring and the diamonds and told me what they could do to repair it. Picked it up yesterday and the ring is better than new. Could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you guys so much!

I’ve been coming to Acori for years and my parents came here before me! I’ve used them for a custom necklace, watch repairs and purchasing new jewelry. They keep my wedding rings clean well maintained too ! The team here is wonderful and they have a beautiful selection of unique pieces. I love not having to go to a big chain store!

I had two rings resized- a second time for each as my knuckle is getting bigger. Chris showed kind interest in getting the new size just right. I use Acori for all my jewelry repairs, like the in-house work and the courteous service.

The people at Acori are always extremely helpful and very nice. We purchased my engagement ring, wedding ring and my husband’s wedding ring from here and love them all. My husband picked out my engagement ring setting and some and was able to pick it up the same day! They set it and sized it all the same day for him to pick up that afternoon. We ordered his wedding band and was able to pick it up in 2 business days. We will continue going to Acori for our future jeweler purchases.

We recently moved here from Ohio and I needed a jeweler to repair my Diamond rings. One was insured but the older one was not. My insurance company recommended Acori. The gentleman who waited on me was friendly and knowledgeable about how to care for both rings. My 2 granddaughters were with me. He gave them lollipops and talked to them as well. They returned to the store with me because they remembered the nice man in the jewelry store. If you can make a great impression on kids as well as adults, well, you’ve made me a loyal customer.

Connie and Billy came to the rescue and beautifully restored my girlfriend’s ancient Emerald ring that was almost completely destroyed by time. They made three different renderings on their 3 D printer before finding perfection. Plus their final bill was substantially less than their initial very reasonable estimate. I have been buying all my jewelry from Acori ever since I first met Connie and Billy at The Redneck Country Club in 2015. I highly recommend this family owned business.

I loved my visit and ultimately buying from Acori. I came in about a year ago and saw a piece I loved and well I could never get back due to one thing or another. When I finally came back they no longer had it. Fabulous news was I could get still get the piece! Everyone there is so nice and friendly. Lulu, my salesperson, was so very helpful. I met Connie one of the owners and she was lovely. Yes, I will be going back again.

I had Acori resize, repair, and clean a piece of jewelry. I also purchased a set. They are top notch. Connie, Billy, and Lulu are excellent to work with. No sales pressure. They converse to determine how they can help. They have great ideas and obviously a wealth of experience. I didn't work with Chris directly, but I saw him helping other customers. What a great team. If they are not near you they are definitely worth the drive.

This was our first time working with the Acori team. I took a very sentimental piece that needed repair. Chris was amazing and made me feel completely comfortable leaving a treasured piece of jewelry. He texted me progress all along the way and they did a phenomenal job!!
