“Don was an incredible tow truck driver. He arrived within 15 minutes of getting my call, hooked up to the truck, and flawlessly backed it in to a very tight driveway within minutes.
I’ve had some bad experiences with tow truck drivers in the past, but this was hands down the most painless process I could’ve imagined. Anytime I ever need a tow in the future I will be giving him a call.

“Sana was great. He was able to come within :30 minutes to tow a car from the house to the mechanic. He was able to quickly get the SUV on his flatbed so the street wasn't blocked and get the car to them. Definitely would recommend Discount Towing.”
“Came out quickly when dispatched, we had to push the car closer to the curb ourselves, so that we wouldn't get a ticket. The wrecker driver unsuccessfully released the car twice in attempt to get closer. The negative part is, and I don't blame them because due to Covid, it's their policy that you cannot ride in the cab with them.”

“JOANNA NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP. She is very disrespectful and is literally no help. My friends car got towed and when we arrived to get it, nobody was here but the lights were turned on. We then called the number and Joanna picked up the phone with a nasty attitude and said they were closed BUT on the front of the place it says it is open 24/7. We then waited outside to see if anyone would show and we finally came across sweet Rachel. Rachel is literally a blessing. She first told us they WERE NOT closed so that means Joanna is a liar and she’s lazy. Rachel then proceeded to help us out and even went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and helped with the tow process. Rachel definitely deserves a raise!!!!”

Staff was very friendly and they worked with me to make everything easy including lending me a couple of loaner cars while waiting for the other guys insurance to figure out my rental.
