I am reaching out to extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation for your remarkable service and care for my truck. It is more than just a vehicle to me. After being rear-ended, I realized how essential it is to find trustworthy professionals to handle the repairs.
Initially, I contemplated various other paint and body shops, but the difference emerged crystal clear when you allowed me to tour your facility before entrusting you with my vehicle. Unfortunately, we all are aware of the games insurance companies can play, making your transparency and openness all the more valuable to me.
The trust and communication from your team were exceptional, with my service manager Raul, continuously keeping me in the loop via frequent updates, and even advocating on my behalf to secure OEM parts from the insurance company. His dedicated efforts to avoid the downgrading of my hard-earned vehicle truly impressed me.
Your team's thorough bumper-to-bumper check, the final touch of cleaning and waxing my returned vehicle, and the flawless paint-job surpassed my expectations – a stark contrast to a relative's experience at another body shop, whose service was not only thrice as long but also of inferior quality.

(Side note as to someone on the fence ask the body shop your considering about the recovery time before you can wash the vehicle after painting if they mention more than a week run! Also ensure they remove the door handles when painting a lot of shops take short cuts)

QPB Shop is the real deal. This was by far the easiest and most efficient repair scenario I've had to deal with. The job performed was impeccable and they were very fast and efficient! Easy to communicate with, best customer service and a price that can't be beat. I would give more stars if I could.
