“Best operating pharmacy I've ever seen in 4 decades of adult life. They seem to have an agressive official policy of fast, courteous, accurate service. They are agressive about everything. They always pro-actively greet you, apologize for any wait, always remain courteous. The pharmacists stay tuned in to the cashier line and if there is any delay, problem or questions they are agressive to intervene and take care of it. I've honestly never seen any pharmacy, and seldom any business of any sort, that is so agressive at taking care of business. We use it extensively and have never had any problem. You may be disappointed if you expect friendly chit-chat. They are probably coached to minimize chit-chat because talking with some old guy about the pain in his knee and his recent trip to the ER is not getting customers served. Also their prices are good and when we look things up on GoodRx, which we always do, HEB usually wins or at least competes well in the price war there.”

“Dr. McClain was extremely thorough with my care. She even checks on my progress and offers other suggestions based on what feedback I give her. I presented to her with a second occurrence of tingling in my hands and feet which previously was ruled out for MS years ago. I went to Dr. McClain when the issue resurfaced. Since my first appointment, I immediately started making the incremental changes she suggested & my symptoms have decreased rapidly. I have had little to no reoccurring symptoms since. I look forward to my follow up appointment to see what progress the data shows I've made, but I feel so much better which is vital. I highly recommend Dr. McClain without reservation!”

“I promised myself for a while now I would get on here and do a review on Ed’s. I been using Ed’s for the last couple years. Prior to that getting my meds was a monthly terrifying nightmare. For my son too. They have been an Absolute pleasure and made what was miserable for me before easy to deal with monthly. I can’t say enough about how smooth things go when I call in a refill all the way to the delivery to my front door. I been doing this for 10 years and only wish I found them before I did. I deal with a number of compounding Pharmacys for my business on a daily and hope they bring on the meds we use so I can transfer all of our business to them! They are the best! Thank you Ed’s for taking care of me and my son Joshua the many many seamless times you have. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed!”

They have a couple of super convenient ways to receive them. I have mine delivered to my door, but they also have curbside pick up, or instore options.”

This kind sales person did not stop looking for the item, or just pointed to its shelf to me. She was bent on taking me to the right shelf, where it is stacked. What an excellent sales person she is? “I was in the area and I needed to get something at a Kroger Store before the new year. I am so lucky that I found this Riverstone Kroger Store. GPS took me through nicest neighborhood by driving from Richmond. The store seems to have the older Kroger signage with older Kroger feel and layout. Well, nothing to complain about. The unisex restroom was really modern though. I found everything I needed as I walked in. Perfect. My foodie friend came with me. He found what he wanted including the $2.99/lb grapes. He observes the Hispanic tradition of eating 12 grapes at the strike of new yea's bell as known as "Las Doce Uvas De La Suerte". So, grapes are essential to him.I didn't need to ask anyone for service because everything came out great. I wish I had more time to browse. Maybe I will come back next year.”

“Prefacing this review with the fact that the whole prescription industry needs a serious overhaul. They do get the brunt of the customer when a "problem" happens with a doctor and or their insurance company. This particular location has an excellent pharmacist and very helpful staff. I moved all of my scripts to this location from Walgreens and I had had it with them. I have been happy ever since. No they don't have Saturday hours but there is another location relatively close that does. They moved one script for me that i needed on a Saturday.”
