I would leave 0 stars if I could. This store has the rudest workers I have ever met. ESPECIALLY when it deals with loading money on my card or taking cash out. I was told it cannot be done before 8, & understood & STILL was given an attitude. I came BEFORE 8 on another day & was told by Dylan that his manager said he could not load money on a card for me. This is unacceptable behavior. If you do not want to do your job, STOP HIRING THESE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO WORK. We come to the store to get things we need, not to get attitudes because you don’t like your job. Corporate will be hearing for me soon because he isn’t the only one, just the only name I caught. Fix your stank attitude.

This store is horrendous the people that they have working there is disgusting to say the least absolutely uncalled for their lack of respect & professionalism is so disgusting such nasty people couldn’t understand how they have someone talking down on every costumer that comes in hope they actually resolve the issue seems like this has been on going with the same individual for some time looking back at the reviews (some one posted a picture of her)

Worst experience ever! And now seeing the reviews it was the same lady in the bottom picture disrespectful, horrible attitude and she claims she’s the manager I guess she feels entitled with her big title haha her life must be miserable hope she sees this and has the day she deserves! XD

Always closes early at 9:00 p.m. although the sign on door has hours as from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Judging by the previous reviews THEY ARE RIGHT!!! I walked in this evening one I was greeted with a rude young man by the name of Taylor (which I think he lied ) curly head that my pup wasn’t allowed ! She is ESA and I’ve never been turned away the way they did tonight ! My pup isn’t big as a kids shoe LITERALLY! the manager I’m guessing Roshell comes screaming from the back “ THAT DOG CANT BE HERE” as if the guy hadn’t just told me that and I was standing there confused because I literally take her to the store all the time in my prev location ( MISSOURI CITY) . I had to lock my baby in a non running car and I was in there 1 min literally grabbed epsom salt and walked clean out !! I will never shop DG you are only good when your company employs people who customer service skills

I hate this dollar store with a passion. They close way before the store is supposed to be closed. The store always look like a tornado has hit it. Shelves are always empty.. please do better.

I went to this store yesterday night at around 9:30 pm, before arriving I made sure they were still open they close at 10 pm I arrived and the hours sign also said open till 10 pm the young man working saw me and ignored then he proceeded to pretend he was mopping the floor I was standing outside waiting for him to let me come in all I needed was something for my kid since my son is sick and because the nearest pharmacy was close. The young man looked at me and said they were closed I proceeded to show him my phone that said it was 9:30pm he than looked at me and with an attitude said again they where closed. If your closing hour says y'all are open till 10 then your workers need to respect that and close at 10, not when ever they want or are tired and see there is no one coming in. I hope you fix this because this is unacceptable.

This store is soooooooo unprofessional it needs to shut down !!! The employees are unprofessional and they hate working there they never have anything you need in this location and today the girl that was working there made me feel like i was bothering her they didn’t have plastic bags for my items she used the bags you put meat in. Adding photos below. As I was paying she completely turned her back to me

I was in yesterday shopping for things for my grandchildren. I was enjoying my alone time when I realized I forgot gallon baggies, so off the the back I went. There was a Female close to the end and a man in front of the baggies, they were stocking shelves . It was a very narrow entry to get to the shelf as he had a rack or something in the aisle . I bumped into a dog treat box that was filled with dog treats, and a bunch fell out and on the floor . Being the person I am, I went to pick them up , they kept falling , the man said don’t fret about that, I stood up and put the rest of the treats on top . He walked towards me , I walked towards the baggies . As I grabbed the box the lady says “she dropped she needs to pick them up “ . I used to have a terrible Temper, it’s mellowed over the years., however she sparked my anger that hadn’t been Ignited quite like that in a very very long time . I was lit up . I looked right at het and said , I’m a decent human being and I tried . The man then assured her he had told me not to worry about it . She made another comment and I basically lost it . I told her today is not the day to mess with my I am in no mood . She said she was in no mood as well . I’m in customer service folks, I live to make people happy, my goal is to have my clients trust me , like me , and let me help through a hectic time in their lives no one wants to have to deal with . Not only was the horrible customer service it was downright rude. So I said the only I could think of . I’ll pray for you . Trying to calm myself down as I walked toward the front . I do not condone violence but had she come towards me I would have hurt her . Shame , shame , shame on Dollar general for allowing its employees to act this way . And shame on her ! Do your selves a favor get her some training and behavior classes . No human deserves to be treated like that . I won’t be back .
