“10/10 would recommend!! Took my Colorado for repairs due to an accident and Zach took care of me! They went above and beyond to buff out this scratch I had from something completely separate from the collision and I was super happy with the results! Zach mentioned me the painters name but I couldn’t remember it because of how surprised I was with the results. I really thought the yard length scratch wouldn’t come out but they did their magic! Definitely get with Zach for the painters name! Unfortunately, I didn’t take a before picture.”

“What can I say about Gerber Collision & Glass? This is the second time my son has been involved in an auto accident in Houston while attending law school. This past May was particularly challenging for him as he was preparing for finals and, unfortunately, involved in yet another accident that wasn't his fault. To make matters worse, he received a call from a family member informing him that his dad had passed away.
Amidst this difficult time, Gerber reached out and informed us that the car should be ready soon. I mentioned that we hoped it wouldn't be ready that weekend as we were traveling for the funeral. To our surprise, Gerber did something extraordinary. Not only did they reach out to express their condolences, but they also offered to help us with anything we needed, including accommodations.
My son and I truly appreciate the incredible support and kindness shown by Gerber during such a trying time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

“I was involved in an accident where I was not at fault. The other party had a terrible, cut rate insurance company representing them. The insurance company responsible for my repairs was very difficult to work with and communication was almost impossible. After one month of waiting, I was advised I could choose a repair shop to repair my vehicle. I feared I would be stuck with a majority of the repair due to the difficulty I had with the insurance company up to this point.
I decided to bring my vehicle to Caliber Collision because of their excellent reputation. I’m so glad that I did! As it turned out, I was correct, the insurance company attempted to short the bill by $1000! The representatives of Caliber (Katie and Nadaly) went above and beyond and were able to work with the difficult insurance company in order to settle the bill without me having to pay anything additional! Not to mention, the repair work was flawless!
I will always go to Caliber for any future auto body repairs, and I seriously recommend that others do too. They really impressed me and did a great job of keeping me updated along the way.”
