This store is so run down the Employees do not care for there Jobs nothing is ever restocked the food areas are disgusting and the pumps do not work at all do not recommend stopping here

Use to be clean, nice little store but now like no one who works there cares!!! To start the trash cans outside full and overflowing!! Walk in and store is filthy. Not clean at all where you buy tacos, very dirty!!! No icee cups, no straws, no napkins, no lids. No hotdogs in the grill to buy. Completely empty. Condiments section is empty!!! What is going on here. Used to like stopping there but now I will just continue driving by. Something needs to be done!!! A change is needed!!! Hire some people who care and want to work instead of sitting around doing nothing!!! Hopefully they clean up the act, if not they're going to lose a lot of customers!!!

The definition of customer service last. If I could give negative I would. Came in, it was dark, thought it was closed but a lady was working at the food area. Looked around didn't see any cashier. Waited for a bit then asked the lady in the food area if anyone is working. She said yes and called out A....'s name. Because of google the name has been hidden. The person in grey is the worker, she didn't even address that she works here and just side eye me. So I waited then asked her are you working and can she check me out. She didn't say a word. Another customer walks in, I now take the video to show that she's not attending customers and leaving everyone waiting without even saying she will be right there. The delivery guy even asked her if she needed to tend her customers, she said dont worry about them. And continued on counting inventory. Another customer walks in and we are just waiting and she finally stops what she's doing since the delivery guy felt uneasy. She walks over, ignores me, goes and ask if the lady after me needed help but it was for door dash so she said wait. Then came around and asked what I needed. I asked for my items, she gave an attitude like I'm the one causing a scene.
I understand this area needs thick skin but geezus this attitude of hers does not help with the customers and making the customers more angry with her attitude.

This place is so disgusting. I love 7 eleven. I walked in hoping things changed and employees stopped being lazy and cleaned. The food still looked nasty.. I have no idea what's going on here but someone needs to change things here.???

I visited the 7-11 gas station recently, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The overall cleanliness of the store left much to be desired. The floors were noticeably dirty and sticky, which made walking around quite unpleasant. The situation was no better in the bathrooms, as they were all in a dirty state as well. It's a shame because cleanliness is an important aspect for a pleasant customer experience, and I hope they improve in this area.The consumer should be responsible for making sure they flush and throw everything away however, as a business who provides bathroom facilities, they should be kept up to code for the public’s safety

What a waste of money and space. Half the pumps don't work. They never make iced tea, slurpee machines don't work, and the Laredo Taco never has employees working. Store is filthy, bathrooms diagusting, and lazy employees. What an insult to the community.
