We drive over here from Galveston. The best beaches on the west side. There is plenty of room to drive your vehicle right up to water.

We took our small camper for a few days. Nice, quiet park.
Lovely cabins for those who don't want to camp. Nice showers. Enjoyed our stay very much!

This is my favorite place to hunt for shells and sand dollars. Quiet and serene, it is the perfect place for a long walk, bucket in hand, looking for shells and inspiration. Only take the empty ones, and not the ones with critters in them.

A hidden gem on the Texas coast, not sure I want to advertise that. All spaces are concrete, 30/50 Amp service, water and sewer. Spaces are tight, close together. Park caters to the great bay fishing. They have bait, ice, and tackle in the shop with a Hugh aquarium. The park is gated and has a clean laundry. The jetty and piers have bright lights to attract the fish at night. Clean showers and bathrooms. Outside rows A and F are much preferred as they back up to the water. Fire rings at each site. Fish cleaning stations near each area. The staff is very helpful and friendly, Park rangers are on staff and helpful answering questions about fish and animals in the area.
