“I've been going here with my old car for a while with no complaints- It's always been quick and convenient. Today was review worthy, however. I brought my new car in for an oil change b/c the notification was coming on. Jane took a look at the car at let me know the oil was still in good shape. Seemed that last time the oil was changed it was set for the notification to come on at 3k even though synthetic was used and you can go more like 5k. She showed me where on the instrument cluster I can check the oil life and sure enough, it was showing 47% life left. They still checked the fluids and topped off the air in my tires! What?!”
