Had the worst experience at this clinic. I came in at 7am on sept 19, 2024 bc my pet was literally dying, I was frantic and trying to put my words together when the receptionist was completely rude and non compassionate of my situation, btw there are no vets at 7am unless ur willing to pay an extra 240.00 dollars - needless to say I left and went to the Lake Jackson vet and they were so compassionate and helpful to my now deceased furbaby and myself.

We recently lost our cat of 13 years and our 6 year old french bulldog within weeks apart. The staff of Freeport Vet were so nice, understanding, and caring. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else. During the emotional time, we asked them get a paw print of our frenchie, and we forgot about it after everything. We got a nice surprise from them in the mail of his paw print today, and I cant explain the warm feelings we got when we opened the letter. Thank you very much Freeport Vet, to all of you!

So very grateful! I took my pup in during beach vacation after I noticed she was having urinary issues. The prices were so reasonable for the sonogram, x ray, meds, and eventually bladder surgery that she had done while there. The staff were helpful and kind, and everyone explained everything to me so well. Poor baby had a bladder FULL of stones! It hadn’t been caught by normal annual checkups or bloodwork. They squeezed her in even though their surgery slots were technically full, kept her overnight, and sewed up the incision very well. She is recovering incredibly quickly considering what she went through. So grateful this office was there- hate that this happened during vacation but so glad we have those stones out of her! Thank you to everyone who was involved in caring for MeiMei!

Great Vet clinic! Everyone was very helpful and sweet. Thank you for getting her in when with no problem. Although we lost our Sweet Mocha, we felt the compassion and support from your team.

I brought my puppy Adonis for his first visit almost a month ago, Dr Crump and the techs in the appointment were beyond amazing with him. I had so many questions as I haven’t had a puppy in a while and they went above and beyond to help me get situated with my new guy. We actually have a follow up appointment tomorrow for his boosters. Can’t say enough good things about this clinic.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for a very pleasant experience during a very trying time. Due to an unfortunate incident, our dog Louie (pug), broke his femur last week and required immediate medical attention. Your Freeport staff was ready, willing, and able to treat him in a moment's notice. Dr. Amy Weir is our regular vet and I can't say enough about Dr. Amy. We have total confidence in her and her abilities. She helped facilitate our visit with Freeport where Dr. Crump and Dr. Miller assumed care. They were extremely kind and informative and made me feel at ease. The course of action was an amputation unfortunately but I feel we made the best decision considering the circumstances. Your staff introduced my family to a 3-legged pup who belongs to your head technician (Taryne I believe). This put us at ease. Much appreciated, especially for my daughter! Dr. Gallegos performed the procedure and was a true professional. She too was extremely kind and compassionate. All of your front staff and technicians were rockstars also. Thank you again for the services you provide. You can be proud of your staff. They represent you well.

I recently became a fur mom! And our first visit with Dr. Goerdel was such a good experience! From the front to the back! Dr.Goedel was very nice and professional and answered all our questions me and my boyfriend had for our puppy Pepper. His Assistant Nicole was very helpful as well and sweet! I’m glad we chose this Vet Clinic for our fur baby!

This is not our regular Vet but my precious baby Daisy had cancer and was extremely sick the day after Christmas and it was time to say goodbye but our regular Vet was closed so we went here. They were very professional and compassionate on the worst day of my life.

I've taken my dogs there for years and really think they're fantastic! But as many times as they have seen my dogs, I still have to bring my chihuahua in to just get medication to get her through New Years.No thanks.

This clinic is like family. Dr. Goerdel is the sweetest, kindest and most compassionate Vet that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He takes his time with you and answers any questions I have concerning my babies. He tries his best to minimize costs for me. I have 4 large breed dogs, a German Shepherd, Shepherd/Collie mix, A bloodhound and a 3 legged Pit. All are considered senior because they range in age from 7 years old to 12 years old. Dr. Goerdel has been spot on with diagnosing and treating all of my pack and he always returns my phone calls in a timely manner. His staff is the very best around. From the front reception to the extraordinary Vet techs to the vet tech assistants. All are so loving with my fur kids. I feel so blessed to have such a phenomenal Vet team.

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this Veterinary office. The staff is amazing and really go the extra mile to make you and your pet feel comfortable. Our First experience with them was a little over a year ago. Our dog was extremely sick and had to be hospitalized here. Not only did they get her well but we were able to get her a day early which saved us quite a bit of money that they could have easily pocketed by keeping her the full time. After that they have been our primary vet, they are great for the check ups/vaccinations as well. We recently took her for a checkup and shots and they were just as amazing as always. Just a great place to take your pets.
