Niko's Corner in Oyster Creek has the most unbelievable buffet featuring fresh Fried Shrimp and Catfish. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is 5 star. Light batter and fried to a golden color, cooked perfectly. Great sides including salad, beans, rice and potatoes, cornbread, fresh rolls, tea or soda...They start serving at 10:30am and the above items are their Wednesday Lunch special.it was delicious and service is friendly. We will definitely make it our regular Wednesday lunch treat. Mark
