I love the food and such but they lost points when I discovered they replaced all the Gatorade with that nasty "200mg caffeine" drink Prime. And the prime drink takes up a whole refrigerator.
The guys at the plants don't need that junk. They need rehydrating drinks like Gatorade.
GET RID OF PRIME NOW.

Yikes. Not a true Bucees - per se. Yes, has the name and items inside but it’s just an older gas station. Bathrooms (5 or 6 stalls) are typical cheap aluminum doors and two sinks. Two stalls were so filthy they were unusable.
Parking is a nightmare. People pull off the highway and stop right at entrance because they don’t know where to go. Usual gas station cashier layout with no rhyme or reason. People try to form lines but then other walk in front of them and checkout.
It’s just a poor representation of the brand. Needs a serious remodeling and complete bathroom/front end overhaul.

Today I encountered the RUDEST employee i’ve ever met in all of my time. I looked at her name tag to remember her name was NAYELI. I was trying to take my kids to the beach and of course we had to stop at our favorite store. This lady would NOT stop staring at us with the most disgusted expression for as far as I know absolutely no reason! I kept looking her way because I could feel her staring at me through the back of my head and I was right every time it’s like she never looked away. After I checked out and I was leaving the store I heard her start laughing extremely loud and her and a guy with a bun stared at us all the way to the car. I’m not coming back. I can’t believe buc ees of all places hires and keeps people like this.
