I got a few auction units from here over the past few months. It was a rough ride since CubeSmart bought them out. The office has been completely renovated, they're making improvements to the facility daily. My experience with the manager, Nicholas was very professional and pleasant. He's always smiling and checking up on things. This place is headed in the right direction with Nicholas!

I called this horrible place asking about the safety measures they have for rvs. They told me “we have never had a break in of an Rv” well guess what? 7 rvs were broken into and severely damaged during a rain storm and they did not contact us for TWO WEEKS! Not to mention they did not even check on them and all the doors were left open for weeks and the stoves and fridges were ripped out. These people are liars, negligent and the owner refuses to speak with any customers. If you have your property there? Beware! Don’t do it!

Do not recommend we have had a camper at this place that got broken into they cut the fence in two places and broke into multiple campers. Our camper got rained in because we were not notified for over two weeks and then the lady called us and said that it looks like nothing had happened to our camper. We called Oyster Creek police department and made a report. When my insurance called the manager, the manager would not pick up the phone so I had to show up to the office and the manager had both phones sitting beside her. I asked her if she had called the owners of the other campers yet and her response was no she had a long list of calls to make so the other campers had just been getting rained in for days . I then asked if I could have the owner call me and she told me that the owner does not talk to his customers and that oyster creek needs to surveillance more so basically she blamed it on the cops when she doesn't even lock the gates to the campers at night time and the cops are sitting out there pretty often. Also till this day they have done nothing to fix the fence where they cut it there is also now A bee infestation . ALSO NONE OF THEIR CAMERAS WORK.THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLY MANAGED AND HAS HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS .do not recommend

Have had a unit along with a spot to store one if the campers for 3 years now. Never have had a problem. I do wish it was 24 hr access. Right now gate only opens from 6am to 8pm...

Hello! Just in case you're interested in placing you items at the care of this storage unit, DONT! There is a HUGE security issue with their very old storage doors to where they open easily with a little tugging even when a lock is in place. The lady in the office was notified throughout the months of this issue and she just gave us the run around "there is no problem with our doors"... and of course, there is the huge "we are not responsible for accidents or theft." Sign in the front. Well now my family is going thru a very tough time trying to recover from the financial hole we fell in after our storage got broken into and they stole items that were our business, our bread-winner. When we made our report with the amazing OCPD, we found out that it wasn't the only one... People, if you have your items here I recommend you check your unit and take them to a safer place! We know that we might never get our items back but if I could help prevent anyone else from experiencing the loss we have, then I've done my job!
