David, Emma, Ella and I browsed in Zertz, today. It is a nice store, with comfortable air conditioning and excellent customer service. I purchased a lovely bottle of perfume. Recommended!

I love shopping small businesses and was especially happy that Zertz had signs for plus size because its so rare. Finally I could shop for something besides home decor and accessories. We had decided to end our day with Zertz but I arrived too late. The next day we had a few extra minutes andy friends graciously said we could go in (only fat girl in the group.) I was so excited to finally buy something cute for myself. My heart broke when I only seen one very small rack of "plus size" clothes. I could choose from 3 shirt styles or two dresses. I was even more disappointed to find that the rack consisted of mostly xl and had two 3x dresses.Thanks for trying but please dont give a girl such false hope.Ps. I would be happy to shop the Dallas market for you and find some cute plus size clothes to keep in stock to prevent other broken hearts.

Drove 45 minutes to buy a pair of shoes, called them at 5:30 and asked if they would have what I wanted in stock. They said yes, I told them I would be there at six, the lady on the phone said sounds good. I drove the last 30 minutes and got there at 6:01, I walked up in the door was locked, called them and they said they were closed even though their website says 6:30 she wouldn't sell me the shoes I had already picked out. Wouldn't recommend a place with such poor staff members.

I love this store. The employees are always so welcoming when you walk in and they always have the cutest selections. Zertz is constantly updating their inventory so every time you go there is always something new. I was so impressed by how fast the shipping was when I ordered online. I can’t wait to revisit Zertz post quarantine. Keep doin’ what your doin’- don’t change a thing!
