What a great authentic store! Found the jeans I was looking for, great pricing and variety. But the best part of it was the customer service: Chris added that authentic touch of Texas we needed , a man with knowledge, a man with a solution ! Will be back

Had a great experience at the store and especially at firearm counter this past weekend.
Mike was our salesman and answered every question possible. My son and I had a great time making our purchase, and will make another trip soon. I also want to add that this was a veteran friendly store.

I asked the guy behind the gun counter a question about the rifles, and instead of answering me, he felt he needed to correct my question. So instead of going along with it, I told him I thought my question was worded just fine. Ultimately he threaten to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave. I know I never raise my voice. I never used any swear words I just asked questions about the historical authenticity of how they make their reproductions.

I went in with my parents and was immediately greeted buy the two gun salesmen in the back as if they had known me for years. Both were very knowledgeable, respectful and hilarious. One of the salesman and I talked for a good while about our common profession of horseshoeing and made me feel very safe while speaking to him. The selection of clothing and items takes you back and I was in absolute heaven. I didn’t want to leave! Will most definitely be going back!

From the moment I walked in the guy at the front desk was rude. I talked to a couple of the other guys that worked there and they were at least somewhat helpful. I was there to look for holsters and some other things. As soon as I tried to put one of my pistols in a holster to try it out the same guy from the front desk came running over and got right in my face and said I couldn’t do that. He acted like I had committed the worst crime in history.I had planned on spending a few hundred dollars that day but his rudeness just shut me down and I left after traveling over 3 hours to get there.I’ve shopped there several times in the past and always had a great experience. Now, I doubt I will ever go back. They not only lost money that day but future sales as well.I also planned on spending money elsewhere to eat and shop at other stores. Now I have no reason to go back there or Fredericksburg again.Thanks Texas Jacks for the bad experience!!

Don,t shop here,very rude people, act like they are doing customers a favor, just letting you shop. Bought an expensive Cimmaron pistol, the so called expert sold me a holster to small for it. Wouldn't let me try the gun in holster, some ridiculous excuse. Glad I found the pistol, but will never do buisness there again
