“There are several reviews here about the "rudeness" of the pharmacy employees. I've been coming here for 6 months and have been assisted by several different staff members. I've never experienced the slightest hint of rudeness. I'm originally from California (no judgements please) and I know just what "rude" looks like. The staff at the HEB pharmacy in Fredericksburg is phenomenal! Perhaps this is a newer crew and the "rudeness " element is gone? One bad experience with someone who is maybe having a bad day should not prompt one to write a long lasting review coveringr the entire staff.”

On the rare occasion there is an issue with insurance coverage for a given prescription, they go out of their way to work with the insurance company to get our prescriptions filled at the lowest cost to us.”

“Nice Heb, I like that they take care of there employees who are outside collecting carts by using the electric buggy. Not like some other Heb where there out in the heat pushing 20 carts at once. Good job heb.”
