We are so glad to have a Natural Grocers available in Fredericksburg! The produce is all organic. The staff is friendly & helpful. I have a list of things I must buy here regularly but also always find new items to try. They offer great sales & special promotions as well. I find certain items here that I can’t find anywhere else. Bring your reusable bags!!

good selection of harder-to-find goods, friendly service, may be slow at checkout during busy times, but usually a quick trip.

Friendly staff. Nice selection. Clean layout. Chairs in book section are still there. There's a water refill station, currently 35 cents a gallon for reverse osmosis filtered water, plus amongst many other water bottles they also sell glass bottles in 64oz (half gallon) and 128oz (one gallon). I got a glass 1 gallon bottle (~$20) and the staff helped me get checked out / fill up my new bottle (35 cents).

If you like organics this is a place to go. As expected a lot of prices are higher than other grocers but they definitely have specialty items. My wife loves the store we will continue to go back friendly helpful people always

I was so blown away visiting this grocery store on our visit to Fredericksburg. It surpasses so many natural food store even in the urban cities. They have a huge selection of vitamins, herbs and supplements. They also have a large selection of bath, body and makeup products. It was fun to look around. The selection the had on packaged foods was amazing. They are limited on the fresh produce section but all other items were wonderful and I could have spent hours looking around here. It’s a nice walking distance from accommodations around Main Street which was so helpful. The staff was so friendly and I can’t wait to visit again.
