The heavyset lady with missing teeth that works here might be the rudest person I've ever met in my entire life. Had an attitude if I disturbed her to even ask a simple question. Product was ok, not the best. Would NEVER shop here again just because of the poor service.

Been buying wallets here for years. Never again. Was about to spend $100+ on items. Woman working, Carla, was unhelpful to me, and rudely snapped at my girlfriend for opening a drawer. She treated us like children. Management should consider some customer service training for the employees.

A must stop for all men and women. Great shop with lots of handmade leather purses, wallets, bags and belts. Room smells great just like I remember walking into leather shops as a child. My wife purchased this purse.. Was a bit pricey @ 200.00 but you are buying at a tourist location. She should get years of service out of this fantastic little purse.

Purchased belt and wallet for my husband. Great prices, and good selection. Very friendly staff. That's one store we will be returning to when we go back to Fredericksburg.

The handbags here are beautiful! They had so many things that I was ready to purchase. Unfortunately I didn’t walk away with anything because the customer service was HORRIBLE! The lady that was there was so rude, did not want to answer any of my questions, and had an ugly attitude when I asked a question about a strap. After the smart remark I chose to put everything back and take my business elsewhere. For this reason I would never go back.
