I wish I could give them a million stars! They fixed my 2022 Bronco after hitting a deer and it's d*MN near perfect! State Farm wanted to screw me out of a proper repair but Tina wrestled with them and got it back to new( I'd just had it six months when the accident happened). Good people, Flawless work. I hope to never need body work again but if I do I know where I'm going.

Got my suv worked on here. After a lot of contemplating and research about a very screwy incident between this shop and the insurance. I’ve learned that Tina really did everything she could to give me grade A service.If you’re reading this. Don’t bother with progressive insurance. They’re really mess with you. Just come here with a different company of insurance.

We reported a Hail Damage with State Farm in June and ESCAMILLAS BODY SHOP, INC (EBS) in Fredericksburg, TX 78624 was assigned to us. We contacted them and the earliest appointment to evaluate the hail damage was the 20th of September due to Covid and hight volume. We went back on the 20th and saw a sign on the door to please stay in the car and call the office because of Covid. We did that, left a message but nobody returned our call. We left after 30 minutes and kept calling the number posted on the door every 30 minutes. After 5 hours we got Tina Escamilla on the phone. She was very friendly, however, could not remember that we had an appointment for the hail damage evaluation. She also stated that we entered a busy deer season and we are just to buys to deal with hail damage at this time. We had previously good experiences with EBS that is why we waited that long just to get an appointment. We are very disappointed with the communication and of course administration of our case at Escamilla's.... Now we lost 3 month and have start from scratch.

Absolute worst body shop in Fredericksburg , took my dodge dually there for a tailgate repair , was called in twice letting me know it was ready and both times needed corrections . The first call upon arrival I laughed and said to the Mexican woman “where’s the dodge emblem On the tailgate “ she said oh ya didn’t see that . Then a week later I was summoned again and it still wasn’t complete . Just an absolute joke the place is . Wouldn’t go there ever Again. A joke place .
