I have used H & R. Be Block for the last 20 years. This year I wanted to make an appointment to speak with Robert about my taxes. I retired and sold my home. Just wanted to discuss what I needed to get together. I was told I could not make an appointment or speak with Robert . I was to drop my taxes off and he would call me. Well, I will be taking my taxes else where. I asked to just talk to him for a few minutes. They would not even let me ask him any questions. So , my business will be going elsewhere.

Robert has been doing my taxes for almost 30 years. He is the best in the business. He is friendly, caring, and very professional. He works hard to get you the best refund possible with his knowledge and keeping up to date of tax laws and deductions. I would never go anywhere else.

I value Robert and his opinion. He is the only person I want to do my taxes. I drive to Fredericksburg from San Antonio specifically so he can do them for me. If you want someone who will make sure everything is done and want less stress, call him.

Robert was awesome. Dropped in without an appointment, but he worked me right in. Very professional and knowledgeable. There were some issues that I had and he was amazing at getting those resolved without question. Work was done quickly and accurately. Was in shock that I was to receive a refund, but he made it happen. I would refer him to anyone needing tax preparation or advice.
