155 Airport Rd, Fredericksburg“Decided to come check this out and whoa. This place is cool. I didn't actually stay in the hotel but I did see the rooms and they were very nice! The little diner on site is really cool and takes you back to the '50s. Pretty decent menu of sandwiches, burgers, And breakfast food.
Noteworthy details: Hanger is right on the airfield which is nice cuz you could sit outside and watch the airplanes take off. Also a very nice little diner on site.”
“My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary trip at Cotton Gin Village! It's a beautiful property, so tranquil. The cabins are cozy and cute, and it's just down the road from Main Street, so plenty close to the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was fantastic and - I'm guessing because it's a slower time of year - about twenty minutes early, which was great for us. Cabernet Grill was the best food we had of several very tasty places during our stay. The one and only thing I would advise is that the village consider adding citronella torches or candles to keep the mosquitos at bay so guests can enjoy the outdoors without getting eaten up! Otherwise, definitely bring your own repellent when the mosquitos are out in force.”
“The perfect location and room if you are staying in Fredericksburg you cannot go wrong at the Emigrants Inn. Kimberly is an incredible host and is extremely fast in responding. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower and Jacuzzi tub won’t disappoint! Both huge and very clean. The name of the room (Fairytale #3) is perfect for a couples getaway!!! Hope to be back soon.”

104 Settlers Crossing Rd, Fredericksburg“We just wrapped up a four-night stay at Settlers Crossing. We had been hoping to return since our last stay around nine years ago, and we were not disappointed. Both times, we stayed in the frontier cabin. It's a nice place, spotlessly clean and full of historic charm. The beds are comfortable. The ranch itself is peaceful and interesting, and we enjoy seeing the animals that roam its acres. Melissa is very helpful and accommodating. The location is great, too, very close to Fredericksburg, which has a lot to see and do and plenty of restaurants. It's also close to Enchanted Rock, which makes for a great day trip.”
“This cottage is literally in a backyard, so we were apprehensive. However, this place is PRECIOUS! Amber has created a space that is very private, cozy, and quiet! We loved it and cannot wait to return!! Highly recommend!!”
“Trois Estate was everything we wanted in a venue and more. From the beautiful rustic charm to the onsite lodging for 50 guests -- it was the perfect hill country getaway for our wedding. We enjoyed using the different event spaces inside Trois Estate throughout the weekend because they are all beautiful and unique: courtyard to sky deck to rooftop to saloon to hall. They also handled food and bar services which worked great and the food was delicious. Rebecca and Vanessa were kind and accommodating throughout the planning process.”
“This was our first time visiting Fredericksburg as a couple without our kiddos and finding this adults only gem was absolute perfection! We will stay here again & again!”

201 S Washington St, Fredericksburg“Our stay was overall pleasant with a few ups and downs. The rooms were impressively spacious and clean, equipped with essential amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker, which was very convenient. The bathroom was also quite large, adding to the comfort.
However, there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. Firstly, the room lacked closed cupboards or a closet, which made it challenging to keep things organized during our stay. Secondly, we encountered an unpleasant odor from the AC unit when the temperature was set above 71/72°F. It's unfortunate that the hotel didn't have room freshener available, offering only soap bars to place near the AC as a remedy, which seemed unconventional.
On a positive note, the hotel's location near Main Street made it very walkable and convenient for exploring the area. The hotel features ample parking space, a delightful swimming pool, and a dedicated area for pool volleyball, which added to the recreational options. One of the highlights was the charming sitting area under a tree with chairs & a fire pit, creating a beautiful ambiance, especially in the evenings.
In conclusion, while the amenities and outdoor spaces at Fredericksburg Inn & Suites were commendable, the issues with room storage and AC odor were notable drawbacks that affected the overall experience.”

“Very friendly, good location, accessible to walk in for downtown good value for the cost
Nearby activities: Right along one side of the downtown you can walk to food and shops and what not on the main street
Safety: No concerns
Walkability: Yes. Very walkable.”
“Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. The outside appearance is gorgeous with cute extra touches. Loved the rockers on the front porch! Everywhere was clean. Staff were super friendly. Pet friendly and I felt safe taking my dog out, plus the grounds were free of dog waste and trash. Room was comfortable, however why I’m deducting a star is that the room was damp feeling and had a very strong cleaner odor. I would say they need better air ventilation. Otherwise we liked it enough to recommend and we would consider staying again in the future. Please see our video of our stay on Hammocks to Coasters on YouTube.”

“The hotel management are the sweetest people I've ever encountered while staying at a hotel. They really went above and beyond and even host movies and popcorn in the lobby. 1644 US-290, Fredericksburg“We stayed at the country inn to celebrate my birthday. To start off, the only complaint is that the showers are tiny.... With that out of the way, the beds were comfortable, it got cold at night in the middle of June, it was a quiet stay, parking wasn't a hassle. They were very friendly and accommodating at the front desk, such amazing customer service. Unfortunately on my trip,my husband left his ring on the sink just before we got the last of our luggage in the car, we didn't realize it was left behind until we got back to San Antonio. I called and they said they would put it on hold in the lost and found should we be able to make it back although we couldn't. They happened to be in San Antonio and offered to drop it off but I was asleep and missed the chance to get the ring back TWICE. I told the owners that its ok if we don't see the ring again as shipping it would be the cost of postage and I would rather him have a new ring that fits better. Although my husband is bummed because he loves the ring and would rather have me pry it off his cold dead fingers, we bought him a new one in place of the one that was "lost".
It's now August and I checked the mail and I see an envelope with "country inn & cottages" marked as the return address and my face lit up. I video called my husband who just went to break and I let him read the envelope and his reaction was priceless. I opened the mail and dug the ring out and showed it to him so he can see that it really was his ring and he was so happy. His reaction, his response, his smile made me happy. We are so thankful for how much the country inn has helped us get back my husbands ring. It's very inexpensive and very affordable, but it's the ring that he loved, the ring that he wants to keep forever because of the sentiment. Gas would've cost twice as much as the ring just to get it back when we would be able to get one that fits better rather than keep the one that slides right off his finger ? now he has a new ring that fits perfectly, and his original that we're going to keep locked away safely.
We appreciate everything the country inn has done to get the wedding ring back to my husband. Thank you so much!”
“My husband and I had a wonderful time at Cotton Gin Village. The cabin is very cosy. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Sitting in the porch rocker in the evening. Breakfast is fabulous each morning. It was everything we needed for a few days away. The staff are also excellent, helpful and so friendly.”
