My husband was supposed to have his medication delivered as we don't have a car. I was told they were being delivered but they never arrived. It's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to ask about delivery.

Please make sure you ck with pharmacist before advising no prescription. Mty husband's dr had called in antibiotic for possible infection of chemo port last night. . Husband scheduled for 1st chemo Monday so very important. Both inside outside windows advised no prescription. Dr gave rx but called it in again and my husband had to request them to check with pharmacist. He was working on it. Out of 100 experiences, this is only negative one but it's so important. Fantastic service the other 99 times!!!!

HEB Kerrville would not administer Covid Booster without appt. Moderna. I left an empty pharmacy ( not one person waiting) in Kerrville and drove to Fredricksburg HEB...got the booster with a smile. People are asking for the booster to fit our schedule because we need to factor in booster illness...no wonder people say...forget it! Walmart / Kerrville...same poor customer service but they were rude and confused.

Out of Fredericksburg.. I like HEB much better than the other pharmacies. Quick and easy. I always have trouble at Walmart. Plus the drive through is awesome!

There are several reviews here about the "rudeness" of the pharmacy employees. I've been coming here for 6 months and have been assisted by several different staff members. I've never experienced the slightest hint of rudeness. I'm originally from California (no judgements please) and I know just what "rude" looks like. The staff at the HEB pharmacy in Fredericksburg is phenomenal! Perhaps this is a newer crew and the "rudeness " element is gone? One bad experience with someone who is maybe having a bad day should not prompt one to write a long lasting review coveringr the entire staff.

I recently moved to the area and was excited to use H‑E‑B pharmacy because they have been so great in the past.. I saw the two stars and thought it was strange but it's the closest pharmacy so I wanted to give them a chance! MISTAKE! They are SO rude!! The attitude was completely incredible all that aside they are incompetent I had to call them multiple times placing that order twice! and on hold for so long before they even got it ordered by that time I asked when it would be ready because it's still 35 minutes away and all I got as "after lunch sometime" in THE RUDEST tone !! Cancel the order will drive to Boerne! Ps comfort has a little pharmacy that's adorable!

Huge thanks to Miss Elizabeth in the Floral Dept. Not only did she create the most beautiful floral arrangements for my dear Aunt’s funeral she made sure we got anything and everything we asked for. We reached out to a local florist first but they told us they didn’t have time. I personally know nothing about flowers and just gave her a basic request and I received a work of art. My Aunt was more like a grandmother to most of us as she basically took on that role when our grandmother did pass so we are very grateful that Elizabeth made her journey to the Lord a beautiful one! Thank you once again Elizabeth your time & talents are a treasure!

Staff is so rude. They don’t understand common sense and can’t complete a simple task. They mess up my prescriptions all the time, I never get informed when they’re ready, and half of them don’t even seem to be trained in medications. They can’t even pronounce them most of the time. Very disappointed.
