Giving staff member Connie Arizola a big shout out and thank you for the customer service & kindness given.
A few years ago, early COVID years, I had a less than acceptable exchange with Fredericksburg Medical Equipment. Granted, I was bothered by several issues regarding a piece of medical equipment with 3 different companies and an insurance company all playing apart in the mess. The straw that overloaded the camel's back, it was a FME mishap. Stand alone, it was not that big of a deal and it was resolved.
Seque 2 or 3 years later, I was in the store a couple of times for a neighbor. The staff was friendly and trying to be helpful, and they were helpful. That was when I met Connie for the first time, she was absolutely delightful.
A few days ago, the same piece of medical equipment that started the problem, an issues arose. I contacted Connie for assistance. She did what was necessary and had Kya a coworker follow up with me to assure no further questions or concerns.
Thank you Kya, Connie and Fredericksburg Medical Equipment for the positive experiences.

Brianne at Fredericksburg medical equipment went above expectation to ensure that I was able to find knee braces to help my injuries.
Being a big guy this is always a pain in the....she was able to measure and accurately fit me while answering all of my questions.
If you need medical stuffs with great customer service, then you should go see them.

I've used Frederisckburg Medical Equipment for a number of years for a number of "medical care" issues for my family. I've always been pleased with their service and, more importantly, their expertise. My latest experience with Ms. Brianne Miller resulted in my purchasing of a Drive Duet Transport Chair...a walker and wheelchair rolled into one. Over two visits Ms. Miller listened to what I was hoping to find to match my needs for my wife and then demonstrated a variety of options before helping me to decide on the duet transport chair. Professional...and patient...what I've come to expect from Fredericksbug Medical Equipment. I can't recommend them highly enough.
