Had a wonderful time during our cooking class. The food was delicious! I was very impressed that they even had gluten free options. Amy was wonderful and I loved her personality. We'll be back!

Lots to see and sample. When very busy it gets a bit chaotic inside. Some items are worth it but others a bit pricey. Fun alcoholic push pops outside in a little trailer. Limited parking be prepared. They should also have someone monitoring the samples better as well. Many were empty when we arrived.

There is not one product in this store that is not fabulous! Everything is out of this world delicious! If you are someone who enjoys preparing fabulous meals, they have anything & everything you can imagine to make your meal phenomenal!

Stayed at the Fisher & Wieser AirBnB. It was an amazing weekend! The five bedroom home was sooo comfortable and cozy - we had 4 couples. Highly recommend! Along with a trip to Das Peach Haus store and Dietz Distillery next door. The historic store has a wine tasting room, amazing jams and jellies plus canned peaches that are perfect for making cobbler. End the day at Dietz Distillery for delicious cocktails on an outdoor patio overlooking a pond. You can’t beat it for a great weekend getaway that offers everything!

Very nice store with knowledgeable and helpful staff. One thing I enjoy is good sauerkraut. I thought how can I go wrong with Fisher & Wieser, so I decided to splurge and purchased a quart jar. What a Huge disappointment! The flavor of the kraut is fine, but the texture was mushy. I was able to rescue by mixing it with some fresh kraut.

***This review is specific for Fischer & Wieser on Main Street only*** After visiting the Fredericksburg, TX Visitor Center, my first shop stop was at Fischer & Wieser on Main Street. By the way, they have another shop nearby which is the only one I found on Yelp, hence, I'm using it for this review. What a saucy and jammy kinda place! Just tons of bottles and jars of great goodies. I walked around and I saw an award-winning glaze of some sort. I was thinking of my dear friend at the time. Her birthday was coming up and she loves to cook. I ended up getting the chipotle raspberry glaze and peach jam for her. She says peach jam is AWESOME! I did get a taste tester for it when I was at the shop and she's absolutely on point... jam is AWESOME! She hasn't tried the glaze yet. I'm sure it's good especially it being award-winning... however, it is up to the individual's perspective. Nevertheless, I'll give this place the benefit of the doubt LOL. Shop was very clean and organized. Staff was wonderful... a lovely lady working at the counter. Got a chance to chit chat a little bit with her about the store and some history of this quaint town. Prices are very reasonable. I find things in Texas are a little bit cheaper than in CA... might move to TX for my retirement one day LOL... we'll see. Anyway, when you're in Texas and happens to be in the area, do swing on by and check out this amazing shop. Happy Glazing and Jamming!

Such a pretty shop! Love the mango habañero sauce and the raspberry chipotle. Saleswoman was super sweet and helpful.
