The perfect location and room if you are staying in Fredericksburg you cannot go wrong at the Emigrants Inn. Kimberly is an incredible host and is extremely fast in responding. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower and Jacuzzi tub won’t disappoint! Both huge and very clean. The name of the room (Fairytale #3) is perfect for a couples getaway!!! Hope to be back soon.

Stayed at Elizabeth Haus. 2-Bed / 1-Bath. Beautiful house - big tub - very clean and convenient. Had a great time over New Years. Would recommend to everyone - no drawbacks - safe parking - full fridge. Everything you need. Thanks to Kimberly for such a nice stay.

We love how you can just step out and be right on Main Street in Fredericksburg. There is a coffee and pastry shop across the street called Twisted Sisters. This was our 2nd time to stay there and both rooms were great. The host is fabulous.

Booked through Airbnb and it was a perfect stay. Easy to get access to the room, comfortable beds, and a super quick walk to downtown. Would definitely recommend

Great room and stay...very comfortable. Less than half a block from Main Street but very quiet. Would recommend!

Unfortunately they have plumbing issues. The bathroom flooded while there, and the bath did not have hot water. The host themselves said the room should have never been rented, but failed to refund more than ~20%. The issue was not fixed for the duration of our stay. They are greedy, buyer beware!

Management is extremely rude, unprofessional, and not remotely helpful. Be careful if you’re onsite and somehow end up in the wrong parking spot you’re supposed to be, they won’t make any attempt to ask you to move or relocate, they’ll just tow your car and then text you they “won’t be discussing it further” while you foot a $300 tow bill that could’ve been avoided had you just been asked to simply move by the property manager. We WERE supposed to be on-site and did NOT use the parking lot to park in and “go off shopping or something” as they stated they can only assume, yet when asked why a simple phone call or door knock in an attempt to communicate wasn’t possible prior to calling a towing company, they stated they “didn’t want to be a bother during the stay”. This is much more of a bother and a display of complete unprofessionalism on how to manage a property and treat guests that are supposed to be where they are. 1 out of 5 for customer service.Would love to speak to the actual OWNER of the property if anyone would like to reach out to me, would be happy to give more information and feedback for this poor rating.

Had a wonderful stay. Place is in walking distance to lots of wineries, restaurants, and shops. Nice bed and Jacuzzi. Will return.

The room was gorgeous! It was so beautiful, we really enjoyed it. Booking the room was great, check in, and check out was very easy. Parking was also really great. The only thing that we noticed was that the water pressure in the restroom was a little low in the shower. And it took a really long time for the shower to get warm. It never got really hot, just lukewarm, which was a disappointment. Everything else overall was really great.

My partner and I stayed at the Emigrant's Inn in Peggy's Place, a separate cottage. The Inn is located on a relatively busy street, but is close to everything Fredericksburg has to offer. The Inn has paved private parking, and Peggy's Place has its own driveway. The cottage has a seating area right off of the entryway with a tv, microwave, Keurig, and mini fridge. The room has a comfortable King sized bed (as do all of the rooms at Emigrant's Inn). After a day strolling around town, you can enjoy a soak in the jetted tub or a nice hot shower in the separate bathroom. There also are two separate outdoor sitting areas, one nicely shaded, if you'd like to sip on a beverage and watch the world go by. Check-in and checkout are easy and contactless. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again the next time we're in this area.
