Incompetent employees that take advantage of senior citizens. A new phone was bought and the bill was paid for. Somehow the employees failed to mention there was also an $11.×× fee as well. So here we are the next day and the phones were shut off! All thanks to them not mentioning the $11.×× fee to my father. So my father had to miss half a day of work and drive to the store to find out why all 3 lines were shut off. They finally mentioned the fee. Here's the kicker though. He also had to pay an additional $20 to get the phones turned back on!!!! A fee he should not have had to pay, but he did because he needed the phones o and he doesn't like conflict . All the incompetent employees did was say sorry. Well sorry di not fix the issue. Sorry did not cover the extra $20 coming out of my senior dad's pocket. This all could have been avoided had the employees done their job correctly.

So I am a Cricket customer and have never regretted moving on over. Today I had a great experience at the store. I rarely go just because they always seem to be super busy. Victoria who has been at the store for 2 almost 3 years is always so friendly and helpful. Today she helped me sign up for a temporary program that saves me $50.00 a month. Anytime anyone can save me some money I am all ears. Anyone who wants to drop the big guys go ahead and make the jump.
