They put regular oil in my mother’s Jeep after she asked and paid for synthetic. When confronted, the woman working the parts counter was belligerent and demeaning in an attempt to gaslight my mother.

I took my car in to be inspected, a car I bought from Crenwelge Motor Sales 4 years ago. The men in the service department were professional and courteous, and they quickly inspected my car. However, after I had waited about 20 minutes without hearing from them, I went to their window and asked what the delay was. It turns out that they had called the service cashier as soon as the inspection was done, so that she could call me to her window to pay for the service. However, she did not contact me, and by the time I began investigating about the delay, she was engaged in an apparently very important phone call that she could not be distracted from. I attempted to pay the service men, but they could not accept cash. But one of them went to the cashier's window to help speed the process, and after another minute or so she finished her phone call and dealt with me. So a 15-minute process took about 40 minutes, causing delays in my own working schedule. I think that this situation could have been avoided by having a back-up process for helping the cashier when she is taken away from the cashier work by other important business. This will not prevent me from returning to Crenwelge Motor Sales for any need reason or business in the future.

I had an appointment at 2:30 for an inspection. They were right on time. Was greeted by service manager, he got the technician to come do his part. After a few minutes, the cashier told me I was done. I paid her and went to service area to get my vehicle. Not seeing it anywhere, the service manager was sitting in his office. I motioned “ where is my car”? He pointed behind him. My car was at the other end of the building, outside. I retrieved it, and left. Very disappointing end to an otherwise great experience. At least bring it back to the service area where you found it.

Amazing! the way vehicle buying should be! I dealt with same person from start to finish, no idiot minions to deal with that have no authority and have to go ask the infamous GM hidden in the background somewhere at every move during the process. Well not here - my salesman, was the GM, was the finance manager, was the vehicle orientation person, he did it all. I will be back for our next vehicle. No nonsense place A++++++

Service manager was excellent. Tow truck damaged my car. Service Mgr contacted Tow truck driver who came out and worked on the damage.
