Excellent experience. The Das Liebe Haus located 12 miles outside Fredricksberg Tx is absolutely delightful, well decorated down to the N-th degree and very cozy. It is well equipped with everything working and in very good shape. Very clean. It is what every rental should be. Very quiet and away from the Hubbub. Cozi vacation rental company is well run, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed at 315 Deer Rd. We had a great time at the rental house. Very beautiful scenery, lots of deer, great porch. The kitchen and bathrooms were VERY well stocked with everything you need. Would stay again. Only downside is it’s about 25 minutes down very windy roads from the main 290 road that runs through town. We didn’t realize it would be that far away just FYI. Was able to get Ubers fine though.

What a cute little place to stay that is Super convenient!! You can walk to coffee, lunch, shopping or bubbly bar!! You don’t have to imbibe and drive simply stroll on back to the cottage!! I will definitely be back!!

I desperately needed some time away with my husband from our busy lifestyles. When we made it to Diamond Y and entered the Coco cabin I along with my husband both fell madly in love. We wanted a cabin with a beautiful rustic appeal and that’s we got. The dog trotter constructed style was just perfect. The covered porch overlooking the rolling hill was so peaceful and relaxing, I was so sad to leave, but had to get several pictures of the cabin itself. We walked into a beautiful, peaceful, serene place that made us feel welcomed and at home!. It was absolutely gorgeous and perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cute place in the Hill Country. The house was well appointed and comfy, and they even left some deer corn to encourage our morning and evening visitors! It’s a short 3 mile drive to white water amphitheater, which makes it nice for concerts. Highly recommend.

Absolutely the cutest house!!! We recently stayed here for a couple of days with another couple. We rented the whole house so we each took a unit. Perfect way to spend time with each other but still have privacy. The hosts thought of everything with this house. I believe it is fairly new or at least it feels that way. The only thing I wished for was that both units have a washer dryer. It was in the downstairs unit and we stayed upstairs. I didn’t want to bother our friends so that I could do some laundry. Definitely not a deal breaker but would have been nice. House was excellent and it was close enough to town without being right in the middle of crowds.

We were out here for mom’s weekend around August 23rd and had a blast!! We loved our stay at Grapetown Cottages. It was welcoming and felt like home away from home!! We love the decor, bed was comfy, home was nice and clean. We loved everything !! We will definitely return for more stays with you guys when the weather is cooler !! I miss the swing in the front already. View of the sunset /sunrise is amazing from the front yard!! You guys did great with the place !!

Imagine getting the chance to spend the weekend with friends for a couples getaway before the busy back to school schedules begin...you stay at a beautiful house, have an amazing time, and get an amazing review from the host right after. Sounds pretty great right?
Now imagine, five days after your stay everyone in the party gets a message from the host saying we damaged something that we didn't even utilize during the trip because it was uncomfortable......NOW, because we disputed the claim, the host has sent it to Airbnb to investigate each of us.
To say we are completely blindsided is an understatement. Never have I felt so unbelievably disappointed with a vacation rental business. To take advantage of hard working people who just wanted a relaxing getaway for 2 nights. Especially after receiving feedback from the hosts claiming we left the house in immaculate condition. Very disheartening to say the least. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

We decided to book Shady Lanes Lodge as a group of friends looking to get away and enjoy a relaxing couples trip before the hustle and bustle of school and kids sprang back to life.
Should have known by the name something would have been “shady,” with this place. The house was great and enjoyable and a fun place to all get together, however the host not so much.
Everything was fine until we checked out. After about a week and a stellar review from the host after check out, the host sent us a reimbursement claim for 840$ for a sofa they are claiming WE damaged. A sofa we didn’t utilize because it was uncomfortable and worn, but now we know was already damaged prior to our stay. Now we are in a reimbursement investigation with Airbnb because the host is accusing us of something we didn’t do.
Oh and I know it’s Texas (lived here my whole life) and I know there’s bugs, but one member of our group got stung by something in their bed, and we found a scorpion in our bathroom. We didn’t report these issues because again it’s Texas and we understood but now we have learned and are warning others to document and CYA everything with these hosts.
