Our experience here was awful. We took our GMC truck here to have the airbag recall taking care of and to look at a couple other things as well. It was there for 2 weeks and nothing. They called and told me it was gonna cost close to a grand to have the fuse box replaced I was blown away. I said no and they charged me $200 for what! They didn't even fix the recall either. After I paid out of pocket to have my truck towed up there and towed back home. They should reimburse us for the tows. A good GMC dealership would have towed it for free. So now I've got to take it back to another GMC dealership to have the recall taking care of be ause they didn't . I'm so disappointed in GMC.

I give this dealership 1 star for the service department on my current argument with the manager.I bought a 2021 GMC AT4 brand new, off the truck, 4 miles. Every time I needed oil change, etc. I called and made appointment. 1 year later I go to the dealership complaining of the "loudness" of the tires and how it rides (btw these are the factory tires placed on the truck), I was recommended to rotate the tires, pay for alignment, wait about 10,000 miles then they should "all even out" from what I was told. Well, BIG NEGATIVE. (Let me add AGAIN I had gone to this service department for ALL of my oil changes and maintenance) I admit now, I have quit a bit of miles on the truck, but now learning that the "feathering" I am having on the tires is due to lack of maintenance (rotation of tires), which should be done at every oil change, and I have asked for documentation from them and have yet to produce anything to me that rotation was done to my truck as needed. I still have about 1/2 inch of tread life on the tires, but due to lack of service, I now have to purchase tires. I have asked the manager to help in any way and all i get is the employee pricing at approx. $40 off the total............well sucks for employees is all i have to say. Seems to me that GMC does not support the equipment at ALL that is placed on the truck, but this comes to another point, stand at the service department in the shop and make sure your tires are rotated and all the service is done completely.I have had a lot of problems from day 1 with this vehicle and this just places the cherry on top. All I ask, is stand behind your screw up and replace my tires. I should not have to go to this extent to have someone call me or email me back (Day 3 with no returned email response or a phone call).

UPDATE 7/30/23: I talked to General Manager and he told me they'll get it fixed. Brought it in and they replaced the gearbox. I drove the truck over the weekend steering felt improved, but something felt off. I lifted the front end up and the wheel baring is completely worn out on the left side. This is a very dangerous issue and easy to spot issue, I won't be giving them a 4th try at fixing and guessing what's wrong with my truck. I'll be taking the truck to a shop that I trust. I think the (certified pre owned 100+ point inspection) advertised is just a sell gimmick.Very disappointed in the dealership. I purchased a certified pre-owned from them weeks ago and has been sitting in their shop since. The truck was $60,000 and they cannot fix the dangerously loose steering, pulling to the right, & the steering wheel is crooked . The service department called and said it was driving normally and gave me invalid excuses for the issue.This is not normal I've driven 3/4 ton trucks my whole life. I am a local realtor in Fredericksburg and drive all over the state. I am very surprised this dealer is just dropping the ball on me! I now have to pay a diesel shop to find and fix the issue the GM dealer cannot find or address. I would highly recommend to steer clear of this dealership.

I recommend everything about this dealership. My car had seen better days. Andrew in Service had taken care of me previously with a tire replacement and had me in and out within a few hours. Also, after I made the decision to trade my car in, Rob, John & Ricky made my car buying purchase as seamless as possible and were so generous and kind throughout the whole process. I will be going back for years and referring anyone to them for their car buying needs! Thanks again guys, y'all were absolutely wonderful.

The parts manager Blake is a LIFE SAVER!! Best customer service experience I've EVER had with a dealership. Helpful and kind. I'll be using Fredericksburg Chevrolet for all my parts needs and once it's time, I'll drive from Houston to work with them on my next vehicle! I cannot praise Blake highly enough. After a week of being put-off and bad information from dealers across Texas, he was amazing!!

Friday, July 17 Highly recommended, as one of our bucket list things-to do, we just drove off the dealership lot with two new his and her trucks, and no car payments. The smile on my husband's face...priceless! Fredericksburg Chevrolet put together an incredible deal for us!
