Been w Chase since before I left Cols OH. Started with them bc I came across a banker who told his boss to "think outside the box." In well over a decade I've received nothing less than exceptional service, personalized communications, advice, & the absolute best experience each time I interact with Chase personnel. I have trust in my financial advisor, she's demonstrated her personal commitment to the advancement & health of my investments, as well as their security. Don't understand the negatives, truly not my experience over a lengthy period of time with Chase

Main drive through ATIM has been unable to take any sort of deposit for at least 5 days, make three trips to attempt to use it.Call in to see when it will be repaired - person answering the phone said they didn't know but that there was a service ticket in.When asked when it would actually be fixed I was transferred to a branch manager who had no idea it was even broken and blamed it on a third party.She had no idea a major feature of an important feature of the drive through was not even working for the better part of a week - who know's what else is broken that they are unaware of......

So I was going to do a not so good review based on the treatment I got from a senior level banker...as I was completing the review I received a call from his superior and she apologized and got me taken care of. I really appreciate when people make a wrong a rightShe made it a point to call before she left for the day.My review went from.the bottom of the barrel to almost the top.

Very bad service. no one answers the phone you have to drive to Fredericksburg to get help and when you do that they aren’t very friendly.

Worst bank. The bank/branch manager is incompetent. They stole over 6k from my account have lied to me multiple times and now I'm supposed to take the bank manager at her word that some day they will give me my money back.Never bank with chase they are the worst. Total Crooks.

This is the Worst Bank in the history of the Free World. The manager what a low life Punk. Do yourself a favor steer clear of this bank. Furthermore, never accept Checks, Credit Cards or anything else associated with Chase Bank.

I cannot say enough about the incredible team at Chase in Fredericksburg Texas. They are extremely experienced and professional. Wire Fraud is going rampant across the world and it happened to us. Chase literally saved us from years of heartache and lawsuits. Chase knew exactly what to do and made my problem their own. They treated me with such kindness and patience as I waited hours in the lobby wondering if there was going to be a good outcome or not. The VP, Vonnie, and manager, Danny, immediately initiated all procedures and protocols necessary. Adam Garcia used his 20 plus years of banking knowledge to assist me in recovering all money. Usually recalls take days or months. Adam Garcia was able to accomplish making us whole in a matter of hours. Even the Marketing manager got involved. It was all hands on deck. We are indebted to them. We have been with chase for 6 years and love how assessable Chase is. We love the Chase app and alerts we programmed for us to receive when there’s a large transfer or low balance. We love depositing checks from our phone from anywhere. Zelle is also making our lives so easy by transferring money to and from our clients with such ease. We are so thankful and reccomend Chase for all your banking needs. They hire and train the best.

Worst bank we have ever used. Tellers are friendly but beyond that other services are horrible. Specifically investment side. Definitely look elsewhere.

Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Will be proceeding with closing my account, my business account and all correlations with chase. They are nosey and rudely inquisitive on transactions. Extremely disrespectful to my wife! Please be aware! This is one of many horrifically unprofessional experiences with Chase! I wouldn’t bank with Chase at this location even if they gave me free money! It’s not worth to deal with these types of problems and people. Multiple issues on multiple occasions! This is not the first issue I’ve had at this branch. If you live in town or frequent Fredericksburg I’d highly advise you to bank with Guadalupe Bank from personal experience on dealing with kind people.
