I visited Bow Pros on Sunday initially to shoot the 3D range behind the shop with a buddy. A few days prior I had noticed a few tuning issues with my bow and when I mentioned it to James while checking in, he dropped what he was doing and helped me get everything sorted out immediately. He even caught a few issues that I didn’t see. He made sure that my setup was perfect before I left the shop and he later came out to the range to check again. James and Colt were both extremely knowledgeable and provided customer service that was second to none. Thanks guys!

James has sold me and setup multiple bows, always taken time out of his day to help me and make sure my setup is dialed in and gone out of his way to make sure I’m happy with my setup. It’s the only bow shop I recommend to anyone.

I had called a couple of weeks in advance to order a new set of strings and cables for my bow. I had some bad experiences prior and explained this to James. He suggested a few ideas that, surprisingly, didn't cost me a thing. I live in Midland, TX and was only going to be in the area for the weekend. James got me in on a Saturday morning and out in just a couple of hours with a bow that shot leaps and bounds better than it did before. I've been back a couple of times and continue to have a great experience. I can't recommend these guys enough! Great group and extremely patient with my younger daughters! Thanks guys!
