Great customer service from Gary Lewis at Fredericksburg Chevrolet GMC Service Department. We bought the GMC Acadia from an out of town dealership 3 months ago and it has needed numerous repairs since we drove it home from Nissan of Boerne. Gary and his fellow staff members have gone above and beyond to make the automobile operate correctly and kept us informed during the entire process.

You've asked me to share why I've given you one star, but give me now way to respond. Here's my response. You did an alignment on my vehicle and left all of the bolts loose. I made it back to Austin, but had to repair it somewhere else, money out of my pocket. When I advised you of my problem by phone and email, no response or attempt by you to compensate. I would be ok to forget it and move on, but you keep sending me literature to do more business with you, which also, I have asked you to discontinue.
