I had reserved a room with this management company through VRBO for a saturday night. There was no indication that there was a 2+ night minimum through VRBO and I was able to successfully reserve the property. Within 30 minutes of booking I received a call from Karen at 1st class lodging informing me that there was a 2 night minimum. Baffled by this since it was not mentioned during my booking, I informed her that I would not be able to do 2 nights as we are only there for Saturday. They then cancelled my reservation for my 5 year anniversary with my girlfriend. I understand that there could have been a mishap when putting the property on the website, but honor the reservation that was made. There was no attempt to correct this error other than me adding another night....

Stayed here May 2019 & returning for another trip. Cabin was amazing! Relaxed in the hot tub @ sunset, grilled some steaks, & enjoyed the scenery. The cabin had a BBQ pit outback which was nice. Very relaxing, peaceful weekend. A must do couples trip ❤️❤️

We booked a home for $700 for two nights. After giving all my information and credit card information I was called back and told they had a computer "glitch" and the best price they could do is $858. I spoke with Melanie to tell her of my thoughts on the price change and I was hung up on. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism and customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are looking for a professional company to deal with.

My husband and I spent our 17th wedding anniversary at Chula Vista Bed and Breakfast. It was just the cutest little cottage. My husband arranged to have flowers waiting for me at the cottage, the owner/manager was so great to work with. The communication was stellar. As we arrived at the cottage, there were dear just hanging around. We opened the door to the cottage and it really was just so beautiful. We were able to enjoy the tranquil surrounding, it was just so peaceful. The jacuzzi over looking the landscape was such a wonderful bonus at added to the perfect night. The second night, was a cold evening so we sat by the fireplace, watched a movie, and had a glass of wine. The cabin was 15 mins away from down town Fredericksburg so we visited several of the wineries. It was an amazing anniversary.

The worst lodging service in Fredericksburg. Beware the advertised prices are always wrong...where they will call you back and say they were wrong and ask for more. I'm not sure they even look at their properties...

Ada's Peach Street was perfect for our 6-person getaway. Beds for everyone in 3 separate areas, a cozy common area for hanging out and every detail was considered. Even the bed was comfy... which unfortunately, is hard to find in so many rentals. We enjoyed coffee on the shady porch this morning. Really a perfect stay. Thank you!

This review is for a stay from a year ago.We have used 1st Class Reservations for 3 different stays over a period of a few years. The reservation process was easy and they had a huge selection of properties to chose from. Check in was easy. If you are checking out on a Sunday when they are closed, you just drop off keys to a drop box. Easy.The first two times we stayed at Cedar Bliss Cabin.Where we ran into trouble was during our third stay March of 2018. We stayed at Cedar Bliss Star Cabin. Check in was simple as always. On our first night, the hot water went out. We called the owner, and he fixed it. The next day, the hot water went out again. The owner came out, apologized, and fixed it again. He made no offer to compensate us for the inconvenience of our water going out twice. Since we had a Sunday checkout, we couldn't express our displeasure as we checked out. I had hoped that on Monday we would get a call regarding some form of compensation initiated by the owner, but there was no call. On Tuesday, I called 1st Class Lodging and left a message that I wanted to discuss a problem with our stay. No call back. A few days later I tried again, but was never called back. At that point, I gave up and decided to never use them again. We are pretty reasonable people. We understand that sometimes things go wrong; but when they do, especially when it is something significant like the hot water going out twice on a two night stay, we expect some acknowledgement and a small token of compensation for the inconvenience. We gave 1st Class Lodging an opportunity to maintain our relationship with them, and they never returned our calls.We used a different service this year and had a much more responsive experience.

My friend and I stayed at the Heimway House in Fredericksburg on Main Street. The place is so beautiful and the bed was so nice and comfortable. I will warn you that it’s above a pizza place that does make noise when you sit in the living room. We got there, the gas fireplace didn’t work, then they fixed it. We had to ask for more, toilet paper, and blankets. There is a coffee pot but they need more silver ware like spoons.Please put a taped sign next to the TV saying what channels someone gets and how to work the DVD. I realize this place was very unique and old but a little more touches can help.Please put a light up on the street where we drove in, so very dark and creepy.It’s beautiful in Fredericksburg in the Christmas time. I hope First class will fix these things, for the next guest.

Always have had great luck with 1st class. Girls weekend and they recommended the Beverly Haus which was also 1st class. Beautiful spacious house. The beds are the most heavenly comfortable bed I’ve ever sleep in. We had a great time and will stay at the Beverly Haus again and again. Thank you 1st Class!
