Called 1st Call Glass when the wrap around window shade on my Class C RV shattered my passenger window in high winds. The process was easy and stress free. The replacement was done on the day I was told it would be done and in the time frame given. And they came to me. Extremely pleased. 1st Call Glass is a class act company... I personally wouldn't consider going with anyone else. They helped me with replacing my wind shield not once but twice and their communication and customer service is like non other! We have a 2008 Nissian X-terra and our 80 pound dog broke the passenger back window, on the driver's side. We called the dealership and one other glass place, to be told they did not carry glass for that vehicle. 1st Call Glass was able to find the replacement glass quickly. Dustin even came early on the scheduled day, replaced the glass and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend this company and Dustin.
