They don't care about animals. All they care about is money. They will gladly help animals as long as they get paid.
I know what's wrong with my pet and need $1.25 in Penicillin. But it will cost me about $125 dollars. To get it. Other vets only charge $25 or so for a office visit you guys charge $75 So they can say what they want about diagnosis. They want the money they don't care about animals. I have paid 2 vets for a misdiagnosis before. I know what's wrong with him. No one knows my pet better than me after being with him every day all day for 9 years.

I have used Dr. Brown for 30 years. His staff are friendly and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Their love for all of the animals under their care is very evident. Very compassionate staff. I moved 45 minutes away but still bring all my dogs to Dr. Brown and Dr. H. You won't find a better place for your veterinary needs anywhere!!

I had to have my friend precious euthanized, because she had been fighting cancer. All of the folks that work there so compassionate and professional. It was extremely hard thing for me to. They made it a little less difficult. I walked out to my vehicle to leave. The vet come out to shake my hand in compassion and tell me she was so sorry for my loss. Thank you lake Palestine vet for being so kind and compassionate in such a difficult time fir us.

We are new to the area and had not registered our fur babies with a Vet yet. Dr. Brown's office came highly recommended to us. This passed Tuesday evening we needed emergency care and Dr. Brown quickly returned my call. He got us in early Wednesday morning to see Dr. Hochenbrocht. This office is amazing and has been such a blessing to us. They love all of the fur babies and eased our anxieties. We are beyond happy we found this group of compassionate, empathetic, loving caregivers. We highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

a sweet little Bonnie Belle when it comes to her toenails getting trimmed . But the ladies in the office did a spectacular job with her! And of course our Bandit boy did amazing too.

We came for a second opinion and haven't left. They are kind and very attentive to patients. They are pulling out all the stops to help my boy fight his illness. I would highly recommend this clinic. The staff is amazing!

We love Lake Palestine Animal Hospital and have used them for over 30 years. They love our pets and treat them like they would their own. We have had multiple surgeries that were done with excellence and at a much lower cost than the big cities. The staff is wonderful and compassionate. Highly recommend!

The best by far! Excellent service! Great prices with compassionate, knowledgeable doctors. My animals have been seeing Dr Brown for several decades! He now has a lovely new Dr that has joined his practice. I have not used her services but I hear she’s great too!

Lake Palastine animal hospital was amazing! When diamond got sick they had to do an emergency surgery and they care and compassion that they had was amazing. I was very impressed and will definitely refer them.
