Next time I'm looking for a vehicle, I will be calling Lade Ford. Based on the salesman's personal review and feedback on the car, I drove over 3 hours from my home to go look at it. It was exactly as he described it. I purchased the vehicle. It was the best car purchasing experience I have had. Writing all of the customer service details and my experience that I had there that morning would be too long to put in a google review.
I will be directing all my friends and family to Lade Ford.

Lade Ford has serviced my truck for the past 8 years. The experience has always been excellent. They go above and beyond and I am grateful for what they do. If I ever move out of the Frankston area, I will continue to bring my truck to Lade Ford to be serviced.

Took our Explorer to a shop in Tyler for a rough idle, and after two days of looking at it, they told us we needed a new engine. A friend referred us to Lade, so I took it there, and within a couple of hours they let me know it needed a new timing chain and cam phasers. I gave them the green light to do the repairs and a few days later they had the car fixed, detailed, and running better than the day we bought it. Rick and the service team did a great job, and were very helpful through the whole process. Will be sending all my Ford friends their way!

My experience with Lade Ford in Frankston was top notch. Spoke to Kenny on the phone a few days prior to coming into the dealership. Very straight-forward and open. He gave great advice, and even pointed us to some local places to eat while he finished our paperwork on the day of the sale. He then took the time to show us every single feature of our new F350 Lariat. What a pleasure to do business with.

Ford house inspection my go to. This year there was a few hours wait but I was in a crunch so I had to go elsewhere. I'll still go back to the Ford House for next inspection. They always do quick job and are friendly

After dealing with Brinson Ford in Athens for much too long and always coming away being disappointed with their auto service and customer service, I finally decided it was time to pick the next closest Ford dealership to my house.I found a dealership in Frankston, TX called Lade Ford to schedule my next service. After my car repairs were completed and ready for pick up, I am very happy to report we are extremely happy with Lade Ford because they are a group of very friendly people who know how to take care of their clients. Lade Ford is our new preferred dealership to care for the Ford automobiles we currently drive.Thank you very much, Ethan & Zack!?

Good folks at Lade ford. Ordered a bronco in Oct 2020. It finally arrived late February , after talking to Jeremy about a 100 times. He was patient and obviously we were. Also have had all the families cars serviced there over the last 3 years. Great service and great team. Thanks y’all!!!

I have to give them one star.i normally don't complain about services I received. But i am going to inform the public about buyer be ware when dealing with Lade Ford. Took my 2021 f250 for oil and filter change they quoted 90 for oil and filter change.quoted 90 for Fuel filters 2 of them 45.00 to install got invoice over 400 dollars asked why they said 99.00 for oil change 45 labor never mentioned 90 for two filters and45 labor then it gets better they added def fluid at 7 dollars a gallon was never asked to do so question them they said that's what they charge. So please buyer be ware they are a dishonest dealer ship hope all is well with everyone

I'm only giving them one star cause I have to they quoted one price charged different price and added services that where not wanted and told us we have to pay for them. Just please everyone buyer beware.

I won't buy a vehicle anywhere else. Bought two F-150s back in 2003 and Jeremy made us a really good deal and we remembered that. No hassle. So even though they are a short drive from Tyler, and could go to a Tyler dealer, decided when it was time to buy Broncos that Jeremy was the place to go. Highly recommend the Lade Ford Team.
