People in the post office are fine. The mailman is awful. Fails to do his or her job constantly. Won't deliver Amazon packages on time, but has time to leave petty little notes in the mailbox about how the trashcan that was knocked over was in their way. Trashcans get put out once a week and that was the first time the wind knocked it over, so sorry you had to take a step out of your vehicle to deliver mail. Good grief, exercise would do you some good anyway.

Poor everything. People in office are nice though.

The staff in the Franklin post office are the greatest I've encountered. Not many people can say they look forward to visiting their post office, but I can! They're friendly, kind and treat everyone with respect. I highly recommend!

Mailman delivers mail and packages to the wrong mailbox frequently. Today he delivered the mail but not my 3 Amazon packages. Complaining in person at the post office does NO good. They have no consideration for misdelivered or damaged Amazon packages because they think Amazon will constantly replace or refund the item. Customer satisfaction is meaningless to them.

Postman consistently delivers packages to wrong place. I've worked at my business here for 10 years and unless the item fits in our mailbox, we will never see it. It either gets delivered to the house or business next door I'm guessing but they also claim to never receive our packages. I wish all our packages were delivered through UPS or FedEx because they can manage to do their job correctly.

Why does the number for Franklin, TX go straight to some horrible, automated service that offers no answers I am looking for and the only way to reach a customer service rep is to cuss the automated service until it happens??? You cannot simply ask for a service rep because that isn't one of the options... It also doesn't dial the local office. It dials some larger national center.

The mailman for Franklin TX has to be one of the laziest people you will have the misfortune of meeting. And his little postmaster buddy will not do anything about him. He is so lazy he will not drive an extra 20 ft to deliver mail to our mailbox, instead we are being forced to move the mailbox. It is unreal. I can see why USPS has to be propped up by the government in order to stay in business. The mailman and the post master are both classic examples of what government work will get you.

Need to get mail or send mail, this is the place to go in Franklin. They also take UPS Ground packages if the label is already printed.
