The father and son run shop is a great place to bring your vehicle. The mechanics are knowledgeable about all automobiles. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I live in Franklin and love doing business locally. They are good to travelers and visitors as well! We appreciate y'all ??

I went to lube exchange to get new tires. I had to get 4 to get the tire warrantee. After putting the tires on they informed me that all of my tire pressure sensors had gone bad. I had just bought a new one and they all worked when I got the tires.They refused to take responsibility for the dysfunction of the sensors so I drive around with warning lights all the time.But there's more with this place ......I had a slow leak in a tire so I went to then because the tires are under warranty.Turns out the run was cracked so I had them put the tire back on to deal with that in my own. They torqured the key lug so tight that it stripped when I tried to remove the tire.Again, I took it back to lube exchange to fix the lug problem and they told me that it was a malfunction of the key lug!They told me I needed to take the car somewhere else to get it off, so here I am at their competitors, who told me, by the way, that the key lug should never be installed with an impact driver!Hi to these people at your own risk, because they do screw up and they do NOT take responsibility.Services: Tires

My wife took our truck here to have them check it because she just had brakes and rotors changed but it was grabbing and making noise told them to check it , they greased it and charged us 77 dollars and it left there still squealing and grabbing. Took it to another mechanic he said they never took the brake and rotor off to look or the emergency brake spring and all would have fell out on them

This place is amazing!! The workers are quick to help. They found what the problem was with our church van. The community knows where to send clients. Went in to have the air checked in my fiance's tires because one of them showed to be low. They checked them quickly & set them all to the correct pressure in less than five minutes. Seems like such a small task but when you're in a rush, it means a lot.
