Service was okay. My nails came out really squared & broke a week later. I feel like she could go a little more scrubbing on my feet. Prices are average for nails nowadays.

This is probably the worst experience I've had at least in a while. First I'm left soaking forever then when someone finally comes over and begins she is not very far into the work she gets up to help someone that just got hers done and I guess messed them up and proceeds to work on her (rude on birh accounts) and when she finally returns to me she alternates color and base/clear ? and after being there 2 hours THIS is what I have.? I'll be up there tomorrow to get a refund since now I have to get someone to re-do them or do myself.

Felt very rushed, not worth the price for the quality of the work. Manicurist made me feel very inconvenienced for pointing out spots where she rushed and didn't paint properly. I went in for a basic manicure hoping I'd enjoy the experience as I've never gotten my nails done before, and left thinking I would've been better off if I had gone elsewhere or did them at home. I don't think I'll be coming back

My friend just moved to Texas from Pennsylvania three months ago. She decided that she would get her nails done last time she went out to Dallas with someone from work. She got home and I was horrified! The job they did at the other location was TERRIFYING!!!
I made an appointment for her and I. Person who answered the phone sounded very nice and polite. Cindy is my favorite and I know she would make her nails much better. As she did with mine a long time ago!
We pulled up and my friend was very pleased with the area that they are located in. Parking was really close to the salon and she loves that!
Went inside and her reaction was incredible, she could not stop complimenting the inside.
This made me happy. She was very worried about this. Someone greeted us as soon as we opened the door, and simultaneously someone asked me if i was the person whom had called, and I told her yes.
She asked me sit down, and she doubled checked to make sure that we needed a manicure and an acrylic fill. Once we responded, she handed my friend their colors for the gel nail polish that was was going to get done so she could pick what she wanted.
They have a large variety of colors for all nail style methods (gel, acrylic, dip etc.). Along with looking professional, and being spectacularly clean; the place did not smell of any chemicals or products! Just clean!
Such a relief. My friend and I are sensitive to smells, and that was wonderful to leave without a headache for once.
The entire time my friend asked Cindy questions. Cindy answered each one. It blew my friends mind! She asked my friend and I if we wanted something to drink and then gave us our options. Then got up and grabbed something for us to drink while getting our nails done. Very relaxing.
My friend and her talked about lots of things, and laughed and was having a great time.
My friend expressed to Cindy that the shape of her nails are important to her and that she would like them to stay the same way they were, just more clean and even looking. She was very nervous about this. Cindy assured her that she would make sure that they would be exactly what she wanted!
She was not kidding either. When we were finished my friend could not believe how well Cindy had done and could not believe how well she fixed the other persons mistakes. Her technicians name is CINDY. Cindy did a phenomenal job and cannot wait to go back and get her nails done again!!!!!!!!!

I have never felt so unwanted and like I have inconvenienced a company like I was made to feel today. This place is opened until 6:00 pm on sundays and I walked in at 5:10....just wanted a pedicure and a basic manicure. The woman with the pony tail & leopard top must've been the owner along with her husband..huffing and puffing and acting put out (by this time I'm in) the man starts rushing through my manicure, I couldn't even tell you what he did it was so fast but my cuticles look better. As for the PEDICURE it was the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. she asked what kind I wanted and how I wanted it. I told her 3 times the peppermint pedicure and to not be afraid to use her muscles when massaging my legs and feet...I don't know what she used and my massage was just rubbing my legs like when you put lotion on...$73 for all this and honestly wasn't worth one dollar. Also, they must have shut the A/C off because by the time I left, I was wet all down my the back of my hair, back, butt, & legs!!!

I think most people need to remember that this is a smaller business with limited amount of people with quality services. The cost is much cheaper compared to other locations I have been to in the past. I really appreciate Cindy's kind, gestures, and ability to do my eyebrows. I drive 40 minutes just to get a manicure and pedicure from Kevin and eyebrow waxing from Cindy. This place is a hidden gem!!! I genuinely feel at home when I walk in!

I got my nails done at Zen Nails yesterday and it was by far the best experience i’ve had with getting my nails done. These turned out beautifully and the staff were all very sweet. I will definitely be coming here again!! ❤️

TLDR; acrylic nails look nice but I didn’t get a manicure with the application. $50 plus tip.
I checked their website (pricing hasn’t been updated) and saw they had gel nails (why doesn’t anyone in Fort Worth do gel?!). I came in a few days ago and asked if they did in fact do gel nails. They said yes. I came into the salon and reiterated that I was here for a gel extension application. They said yes and I picked my color and they started, but they did an acrylic extension (which is listed as $30 on their site). There was no cuticle work done or lotion after the acrylic application.
At payment I mentioned having a hard time finding anyone who does gel nails. Julie said what I got was acrylic gel. I will say she was a nice tech who didn’t force small talk. She did however forget to remove some of the acrylic tack from the underside of two nails.
I reason I don’t like acrylic is because I take breaks after a few weeks. Because of the application process, lots of electric filling of the natural nail, my natural nails are so weak and damaged.
The salon is a basic salon, kids of the employees hanging out, lots of color options, they have hand washing stations nearby, they actually have a barbicide disinfectant container for used tools so I believe this place to be clean.
I’m disappointed that they show on their site, say in person they have something and they don’t have the product or their employees are not knowledgeable about what the product is.
