I was a longtime student of theirs in S. Arlington and then the new Mansfield studio. I have never forgotten buying a $400 class card and shortly after suffering a clutzy unrelated fall on concrete which resulted in a severe abrasion and deep bruising to my knee. The damage was substantial, would hinder my practice, and I asked for a refund. Dave refused. Not cool. I had not only supported the studio for years but participated in many workshops...even bought jewelry Stacy made. Seriously, just not cool. Hope the years have taught these yogis a few things.

Great flow class w/Kimber recently. I rarely do warmed or heated yoga (my local-to-me heated options don’t match my vibe). Yoga Project was a great space to do heated yoga! The class I took struck the right balance between challenging and relaxing. (The cold towel!) Will return when in Denton.

The studio is beautiful, and the teachers are amazing! They are super welcoming, supportive, and have created a wonderful community. Classes are perfect for beginners and experienced students.

Welcoming and helpful! Beautiful studio. Lots of light for the plants and people. I’m in my first week unlimited classes and will sign up after that. Very reasonable pricing. Easy parking. Very pleased I discovered them! Highly recommend!

You won’t find a better Yoga studio in Texas. The owners are some of the best people i have met. The yoga taught here is for everybody no matter your skill level. It’s a very relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Teachers are all excellent and friendly. The studio is heated to about 90 degrees and there is a humidifier that helps get a good sweat going. Can’t say enough good things about this studio.

My first visit was amazing. I was so relaxed yet stretched at the end. The pace was slow for me which was perfect yet challenging. This is what yoga is about. I slept so good and woke up so refreshed. I’m going to be a regular! I’m so grateful for the experience! Also, here is a cute pic to make your day.

From the ambiance of the studio to the intentional teaching style, I cannot recommend Yoga Project enough for your yoga practice! Stacy’s classes are excellent, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience here.

Yoga Project is my home away from home. Stacy and Dave are full of knowledge and incredible teachers. Don’t worry if you’re new! I took a Slow Flow with Crystal and felt great after I left. Check them out!
