Tyler Aarons is a shithead who doesn't know how to handle on time paying customers! My husband passed away, they lock his account and I can't make a payment online. He expects me to walk in there the day my husband dies and transfer title without a death certificate. Charges me a $10 late fee that he says he can't waive because THEY locked his account. Mind you we pay at the end of the month for the following month on time. This a****** has no compassion for what I'm going through to at least say we can credit you for next month. No he proceeds to continue to say he can't waive a fee and how I made late pmt and I continue to say yes because YOU LOCKED THE ACCOUNT. Don't bother with this place as they have no compassion and biggest rip off car lot ever! Once I pay this truck off, I will never buy from them again! Go to Petrie!

Grimmey disrespectful manipulative condescending employees highly recommend H.E.B auto sales they’re wonderful have way better cars and much lower payments reguardless of credit PLEASE don’t waste your money with these people they will rob you for whatever you lease from them they make it to where you can not finish paying for your vehicle.

These people are our total scam artist who will tell you anything that you want to hear to get you in the car. They lie about everything that they say and they do not hold to their word on anything. They get their mechanics to rig cars to look like they are working and maybe drive well for 25 to 50 miles and then they break down but they will not help you get them fixed and they still want their payments. Do not go here unless you are ready to be scammed or have a good attorney.

This Company SHOLD BE CALLED "YATES RIPOFF BROTHERS"👎👎👎👎👎CROOKED ONLY 1 WEEK PAST DUE ON PAYMENT AND HAD THE CAR ALMOST PAID OFF..They came picked it up took all my belongings in it plus my HANDICAPPED SONS WHEELCHAIR THAT WAS IN MY YARD(not in the car).NEVER ANSWERED MY CALLS TO RETURN MY PERSONAL EFFECTS OR FIND OUT WHY They CAME TO PICK UP THE CAR. I HAD PAID ON FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS.( WHICH COST ME MORE THAN A 1000.00 TO FIX. THEIR MECHANIC MICKEY MOUSES CARS TO WORK) THEY ARE LOW DOWN OF THE LOWEST DOWN COMPANY I HAVE EVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM..THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, YOUR STUFF AND THEN COME GET THE CAR RESELL IT. USE YOUR LICENSE PLATES TO0. (RACK UP TOLLS.).WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND...They ripped off my Grandmother too.( 89 years old).She wrecked her car she bought from them they got the insurance money and left her with no car after she paid for it for 2 years
