First time shopping for our new patio furniture outside of Home Depot and Lowes and wow what a shocker in price difference and quality. Yard Art carries very high-end patio furniture with high-end prices. Very impressed with the design and quality. This is not a spur of the moment buy, it needs to be planned if this high-end quality is the goal. I'm saving for my OW Lee. Actually, I found a set but at Grapevine store, combined Mallin and OW Lee. Wife is Very Happy!!!

We love Yard Art patio and fireplace! We have been repeat customer for different items over the last few years and the quality has always been superb. Lisa is the absolute best sales person and we so appreciate her getting to know our needs and style and making excellent recommendations. Highly recommend.

Today I was treated with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The store was completely empty except for two salespeople. I share all of this so the business knows why they lost my business. At first the lady salesperson was polite. She greeted us and advised to let her know if we needed any assistance. I walked around checking out their selections. In the process I share with the sales lady that I have been looking for a dining set for the patio with a bench on one side. She says she has a set like that and she points to a table up against the wall and then another table that looks like a coffee table. I ask if that's the bench because it looks like a coffee table. She rudely points back to the table on the wall like I'm an idiot and says "the table is against the wall". I try to clarify what I'm asking. She gets agitated with me and with a condescending tone says "what part don't you understand?". That was the final straw. She continued to badger me as I walked away. Who talks to a customer like that? I just started walking away. With their prices and lack of foot traffic, I wouldn't think having such a rude salesperson is a good decision on their part.

I was given a quality set of gas logs for our new house with a fireplace. I decided to have a professional install them to make sure it was done right. Jason was knowledgeable and eager to get me taken care of. The day of the install things didn’t go as smooth. My installation window was 10:30-12:30. At 9:30 I received an automated message that the installer was 15 minutes away. I had to leave an event early and rush home. The installer called 10 minutes later upset I wasn’t home. I arrived shortly after and let him in to begin work. After unwrapping his brand new tools he promptly broke the gas line coming into the fireplace. He offered a solution I wasn’t confident he was qualified to perform. I asked the he finish the set up of the logs and that I would try to find a solution to the broken gas line. He quickly finished and left. I contacted the store to get help with possible solutions. Jason was again helpful and offered a couple different solutions. Then the store manager stepped in and shut everything down. She stated that they had completed their install and I had refused the installer’s fix. I feel that my opinion, observations, and concerns were completely ignored by the manager. Now it looks as though I’m going to be out a considerable amount of money to fix their installer’s screw up.

My intention was to look for patio furniture ideas, ending up leaving with several purchases due to the quality and durability of the products.Chris was my primary and ultimately helped in my decision to purchase. Lisa and Jason were just as great. You can't go wrong with either team member.

Very friendly and helpful sales associates. Very good selection of patio furniture. They didn’t have all of the dining chairs we wanted at their store. They took the time to find them at another store. Very good customer service. I recommend doing business with Yard Art Patio and Fireplace.
