John and his guys are amazing. Very friendly, got me in and out quickly in a very big motorhome. John called me back when the call didn't connect, and was patient and helpful to get parked to get the process started. Every employee I spoke to was friendly and efficient. I was looking for someone in the dfw area too polish some used alcoa wheels and this place did an awesome job. I couldn't reach them on the phone so i was little uneasy about them! But i drove up there and talked with them and glad i did cause they did an awesome job and pretty quick aswell.

I usually don’t leave reviews but after reading these negative things people have said I want to tell you that I just picked up my airstream after 4 months. But this wasn’t his fault it was the supply chain on getting chemical. The owner always answered the phone, responded and communicated. Although an employee pushed to hard with a sander, buffer or something and dented one of my front panels which is expensive to fix; I didn’t notice it until I got home because the rock guard covers it. I had the opposite panel replaced the week before I took it there so I know it wasn’t damaged and the rock guard wasn’t damaged. My trailer looks great and the job is outstanding. I don’t feel for a minute the owner even knew that an employee dented my trailer. I reached out to the owner today and haven’t heard back but I’m sure I will. I would recommend extreme to anyone.great pricing and my appointments were always as stated. Don’t misunderstand I don’t like the sent but things happen. Was quoted 65 for a wash and 50 per wheel for polish two weeks ago for my t680. Now today they are telling me it’s 75 for a wash and 100 per wheel for polishing. He told me this was the regular price for over a year??. Seems like they charge whatever they want. I’ll check elsewhere.Update: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN PERSON, VERY COCKY AND DISRESPECTFUL! AFTERWARDS HAD THE NERVE TO TOUCH ME!! ??
