We had a bit of a overcharge issue after my renewal. I called Xtreme and spoke with Angie. She dealt with the company I had my insurance under. She never caught an attitude with me and she made me aware of the process she was going to go through. At the end of the day she fixed it all. She even cut my first bill in half due to the inconvenience and then she went ABOVE & BEYOND & found another company I can start a policy with that would save me money! Angie definitely knows her customer service and the whole time I felt stress free. ???
