This is the best place in Alliance for your pet. They are very responsive and consistent with pet check ins before and after surgeries. They removed two of my pups teeth with care. They were also able to fill prescriptions in a day. Great staff and doctors.

Woodland Springs vet is the best. Love the way they treat us and our fur babies.

Myself and Kelian have been visiting Woodland springs for almost 6yrs now! The Dr’s and staff have been/are amazing, the communication is flawless and the visits are always painless. I recently moved to Arkansas but have continued to use Woodland Springs as my primary veterinary hospital due to the reasons listed above. I can’t say enough kind words to express the gratitude Kelian and myself have for this place. Communication, consistency, and transparency are lacking within a lot of businesses these days but Woodland Spring is not one of them. Again, thank you!

Woodland Springs has the kindess most understanding staff, that work with you. Their plans are more affordable than others but with top rated treatment. The staff is very human and genuine when discussing options. I'll also add they are very transparent with pricing and explaining line items and what they are for in a clear way. Great treatment and Vets that do all they can. The front staff are so warm, friendly, and make me laugh and every guest that walks through their doors. Your fur baby will be taken care of here. I hope to be with them for a long time. Can't recommend enough!

They have been my go to through 3 dogs. Yes, they are a bit pricier than others, but you have to compensate top notch veterinarians. The quality of care and compassion is why I stay. I’m not interested in just their yearly shots. Every vet has deep knowledge of our pets. You get what you pay for and I can pay a few extra bucks for healing and having my fur babies in the best hands. They know the name of your pet before you sign in. They send cards with paw prints of the pets that have to be put down.

I've been going to this vet for almost 3 years now. Dr. Via was excellent and got my dog on treatment for his urinary crystals/ stones. She's very sweet! They have a great monthly membership thing for dogs too.

While Doctors Loter and Johnson are the best, I’d also like to give a big shout out to the entire staff at Woodland springs. Everyone that’s played a hand in the health and well being of my Brussels Griffons have gone over and above whether it’s getting back to me on something, finding an answer even if it’s not straight forward, or just plain being polite and good listeners! Special shout out to the wonderful ladies at the front desk that give all the lovies to Chuck and Heidi - we appreciate you so much! ?

They used to be a practical, good place to take my dogs for care. They were extremely gentle and helpful during the euthanasia of our 14 yr old pet. However, recently, it seems theyve placed value of money over practical medicine - meaning the will make dramatics out of nothing and charge an arm and a leg for basic stuff. Unfortunately, I am on the hunt for new place now. One thing in specific that ruined the relationship aside from money- they gave a “hydration shot” in my dogs back, who was not dehydrated btw, was eating and drinking but had diarrhea. Well, this huge bulge of liquid was absorbed but left a hard cyst in my dogs back. The vet came across as a dirty salesman trying to take advantage of the situation quickly deciding to just stick him with this liquid shot he did not need.

Knowledgeable and caring docs I’m sure. But don’t go there if you have an urgent need. We suspected our dog had broken her paw and needed help - the front desk insisted that working us in 10 days later and warning us that the first priority is updating immunizations (1 month expired) was the only option. We went to another vet in the area, confirmed the broken paw, got a cast, pain medication, and treatment plan and back home same day. I’d consider this vet only for things that can be scheduled far in advance.

The quality of care is good. No complaints. But these guys will try and extract every single dollar out of your pocket that you have. 2 dogs…updates on shots. $700. Nope. It seems like there’s an upsell on a lot of things here. They’ve gotten worse about that over the years to the point that I will probably have to change vets, even though I don’t want to. It’s frustrating.

I like that they are upfront with the costs of treating your pet. No hidden fees.

The doctors here have always taken wonderful care of our fur babies. I especially appreciate that their prices are fair and reasonable. The doctors are always willing to give me EVERY option of treatment to consider for my pups.
