Went in to see if they accept Tricare insurance. The young man at the register said no, got back in the car called wife to tell her and she said she had called them earlier and the lady on the phone said "yes". Went by my mother-in-laws, and she said that she had called, and they said, "No." The staff needs to get together and get their stories straight.

Moved to the area a couple of years ago and did NOT want to use big corporate types like Walmart that was the only place close so i found Woodhaven, so glad I did. They are always so helpful, kind, and work so hard to get your scripts filled and call you when they're ready. Excellent place to do business with!!

Man I just sped through traffic to make it to the pharmacy before they closed. I’m sitting in my car now writing this after talking with the guy who works there…you can see it’s 5:58 on a Friday. He said he had wrapped everything up a few minutes ago and set the alarm. Now I am out of insulin syringes and I sped all the way here for nothing because the store doesn’t really stay open til 6 like it says online. I come to this pharmacy regularly (about weekly) because they conveniently sell the syringes in a 10 pack for $5 instead of having to go to Walmart to get 100 for $15. Ugh I am so disappointed by this inconvenience. Now I guess I’m off to Walmart to spend money I really don’t have. I’m in my 20’s and live paycheck to paycheck so I count on this place. Plus they have such limited hours on the weekend I almost always forget they close at two different odd times of day that are hard to remember.

I had the best experience from the very first time I sent my kids prescriptions here, everyone is very polite, professional and very careful about having your medications the same day (if available). I'll definitely keep using this pharmacy and I would highly recommend.

Liked this place initially, referred patients here, now the last few times I’ve had to reach them I either can’t or have to leave a voicemail that never gets returned, and when I call again staff has been rude and uncaring. As a healthcare worker I would recommend looking elsewhere if you can.EDIT. this pharmacy discharged me as a patient before even responding to my review below, then when they did respond it was aggressive and did not address my concerns nor did they care about my concerns, just maintaining their ratings. Why else would they offer me to keep filling an rx at their pharmacy knowing they already called my doctor and told them they would not do so for me anymore? STAY AWAY. they do not care for their patients and clearly the review responses they post are just for show/to cover their own agenda.

The pharmacy has a very magnificent customer service Mark and Cindy are very helpful, nice people, and answer any question you may have. I highly recommend it! My moms and my personal meds have always been accurate and in case they don’t have it there ordered and for the most part are in for the next day depending on the medication.
