Wise Auto has my heart! They are by far the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been too. Always available and happy to help. My gear shift went out in Dallas and Jacob went out of his way to help me. We couldn't be happier with the services and professionalism Jacob and his team showed. We have an older Jeep and one of the sensors went out that is no longer manufactured and was extremely hard to find. Jacob contacted several 3rd party vendors who sent the part but he had to return all of them due to either wrong part or bad condition. We looked ourselves and came up nada. He finally located a vendor who walked the walk and were now up and running. Great job!!

Wise Automotive is a great place to take your vehicle and the only place I trust to take my personal vehicles. Wise also services our businesses full fleet of work trucks. I can always trust the owners to shoot me straight on what’s actually needed vs recommended. That’s not an easy thing to find nowadays. The prices are fair and considering what you get as far as quality and expert advice I feel it’s actually a very good deal! Whenever someone asks me where they should take their vehicle to get worked on, the only place I recommend is Wise Automotive.

Jacob is a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. I was quoted over $900 somewhere else for something that didn't even need to be done. He took care of the problem and saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend him.

Hands down one of the best shops in Johnson County. Micheal and his wife run a ver respectable business. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of automotive care. There isn't anything they can't handle it seems. I will definitely be back!
