James and his team at Windus Auto Collision were amazing! I just moved to TX from ID and looked at all the reviews from local auto body shops because I am so new to the area and it was a no brainer going with Windus Auto Collision. My car looks amazing and James was in constant communication with me. He even worked with my family to drop off/pick up since my work schedule changed in the middle of the process and I couldn’t be there in person! Quality work and quality team!

I read the reviews and decided to take my daughter's car down to have the bumper looked at. Wow! The reviews don't lie! James was phenomenal to work with. He was able to get the bumper repaired so that it looks like nothing happened and my daughter was able to leave out of town back to college on time. Great service and great quality. No need to go anywhere else. We WILL be back!!

I realized today that this is a stand up business. They did a great job with my wife's car a few months ago, and at that time they were completely informative and polite and professional! Well today they (Mike) went above and beyond! I don't want to go into details here, but I just want to thank Mike, and let everyone know that reads this review that you can rest assured that this shop will do things right every time!

About a year ago I took my Silverado to windus auto repair and they were outstanding, they were really nice and helpful to me during the time my vehicle was worked on I will be back in the future and give them my business

Very Professional and awesome work!
I dropped off my truck on my appointment date, received calls on my trucks progress and a call when my truck was ready. They dealt with my insurance and got the additional work approved that was required. This shop is not corporate owned and the owner runs it.
Having an accident stinks and then having to deal with getting your car repaired can add to the ordeal. Save time and energy by using this shop.

I went by to have them look at some pretty extensive damage. They were so friendly and kind. Gave me a lot of great options and help get me back in a better spot than I was temporarily until I can get my finances together to make a final decision. I definitely recommend.
