“Manager, Matt Grymko, took 20 minutes giving be a concise breakdown of what his store offers versus competitors (e.g., Costco, Sam’s, etc). In conjunction with Mr. Grymko’s honest assessment (pros & cons of Discount), plus my own research, I decided that Discount Tire was the way to go.
If you don’t believe me, consider attempting to make an appointment with Costco. Better yet, attempt to get a flat fixed in a timely manner. I like
Costco, but they’ve got a lot of ground to make up before they’re on par with Discount Tire. Better to deal with someone who specializes in tires & wheels than tires, wheels, ladies’ socks, & $1.50 hotdogs.
Also, everyone I spoke to at Discount was very professional & well-versed in their trade. Facility was very clean, too.

“The owner ordered me new tires and had them balanced and put on the same day. I wasn’t sitting around for hours. Once the tires were delivered they were mounted quickly. I so appreciate that because I value my time! His prices are very reasonable, so reasonable that a tip is well deserved. He even does oil changes without waiting around again for hours!”

“Had a great experience here at all discount tire. Sean hooked me up with four brand new tires, two break rotors with pads and a new brake sensor. Everyone was friendly and the work was done in a timely manner. The waiting room is very comfortable so it’s no problem chilling there while the work is being done.
