I was hit by their insured and even with police report, and their insured admitting fault, they still say they can't approve the claim till they approve \"coverage\". they have spoken with their insured and state they need to speak with him again. This company will do everything to get out of paying. I understand trying to save money, but this place is a SCAM

They have helped me with my last 3 policies , the lowest rate ever and will make sure you are insured and happy ! I definitely don’t plan on going anywhere else .

I was about to leave a 1 star review, but I realized this is the wrong company. I’ve noticed a lot of the other 1 star reviews are meant for Western General Insurance Company, not Western General Insurance Agency. Sorry your business is taking so many poor reviews due to confusion!! Make sure this is the right place before you guys leave a review! I wish y’all the best

Taking over 2 month for them to get a drivers statement...they will do everything they can to avoid paying for damages.
Update: it took over 8 months for them to send a check for damages, absolutely horrible organization.

I was hit from the back by a lady who admitted that she was at fault. The accident happened March 23rd and this lousy poor insurance of a company hasn't yet attempted to repair my Range Rover sports utility vehicle and I'm highly upset about it. Western General has been giving me the runarounds since day ONE!

Very cheap, but by far the most negligent insurance company I’ve dealt with. My fiancé got in an accident and they took 6 weeks to get him a claim number! An action that usually takes a few business days. It’s been almost three months and they have not responded; after over 30 phone calls made to find a solution. You do get what you pay for, but this was just poor integrity.
